very badly, it says that the parking is free, but they charge 5 euros per night

The bathroom was clean. They had hot water for shower. The location was good. The interior design was good.

Very modern and comfortable room, great bed and bathroom. Breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked. Check-in was easy and staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also in a good location close to cafe's and bars and a short walk to Blloku an area full of bars and restaurants. The city centre isn't far away. Great value for money

The walls are a little thin, but I've experienced this my whole trip so I think it might just be normal, plus my neighbours were noisy, this isn't the hotel's fault! Shower curtain was too short, so some water goes across the rest of the bathroom floor.

The location was fantastic. We had to walk all the way along the little river next to the shopfronts, but that was the most interesting part of our stay. The stairways, the markets, the bustling city in the morning. The breakfast (A/B/C options you can choose from) was great, freshly made, tasted good. The position of the AC was perfect. It isn't directed to the head of the bed.

There was zero wifi in the second floor, because the signal was sooo weak. So we went down to the reception area 4 min early for breakfast to look up something on the internet and we were told off immediately by the staff that there is no breakfast yet, even though we didn't sit in the breakfast area. The bathroom we got is falling apart. Somebody ripped off the shower altogether and it wasn't put back properly, so when it came loose suddenly with zero effort I was a bit surprised. The towel rack also has loose screws. The mini fridge was very loud.

The third receptionist was the one fair and square, very profesional and helpful. The room was very ok, very nice scent, clean, 4 pillows = amazing, ac, TV, amenities, very nice bathroom, full minibar if you'd like to serve yourself. Breakfast was very good and the lady who cooked and served it to me also.

The check in guy, a non patient person who charged me €. 2.54 more, why?, was always trying to fool me about the bill, about the price and breakfast, also not paying attention and replying like reading a manual for users... the next morning girl at the reception, please, can you excuse no coffee, because it's weekend and the poor poor machine broke. In Albania technician works even on weekends and even if not it no excuse that you charge but not provide. I asked for clean towels at 8 o'clock am and they never came until 5 pm when I asked for them again, really, this is how you make money. Unbelievable, soap water started to rain from the upper floors on my window and I notified the receptionist girl, who by the way was so busy, but always on her personal mobile phone, just to listen to her replying, it's not our fault it's coming from part of the building that is not our hotel. I think I was able to understand that by myself thank you, I was notifying, because your colleagues have to clean those sticky windows and the property should do something, so maybe you take a notebook and write the note. It was possible to hear noise coming from the street and the lift and the other rooms. My room was not near the elevator by the way. Check out a bit after 8.00 pm on Sunday
