Perfect vacation for my all family

Everything ,so nice beautiful view relaxing place

We love the beds, pool is good but could be cleaner. Property is spacious for kids.

We did not like the value and extra charges. Sunday upon arrival the House was not ready after 2pm, there were still cleaning up kitchen repairing and setting up, on Sunday we could not use the grill to prepare our dinner until 11am on Monday because it was out of gas and the gas lady was out of town. The fridge was not cooling and we lost part of the kids 2 days supply, had to buy ice to maintain frozen items. Our last weekend stay was much cheaper $420 for 2 days, this time we choose Monday, Tuesday weekday for $680. Upon arrival the House was empty for weekday and we were initially charged $420 for the 2 days. However on the last day we ask for 1 more day and was told that our booking total was $749 for the 2 days. This is total rip off for a weekday were we ended paying $ 680. Lastly we don't need to know about cleaning fee and booking commission you should sort this out were your Guest pay per night that includes your expenses as its not policy to charge Guest for cleaning fee and booking commission. I have 2 apartments on booking.com and my Guest can print out the reservation and pay for what it says upon arrival. We travel to San Juan at least 4 times per Year 2nd for 2019 both at Casa Soma, with so many deals on neighbouring property competition for 1 bedroom diference my group of 3 married couples came to a decision with the help of our host to look for alternatives for our next stay due to value and extra charges leaving bitter taste of Casa Soma.

Everything was clean, the beds were fantastic! I can go again to this House!
