Die Begrüßung war sehr herzlich durch die Empfangsmitarbeiterin Konstantina. Auch wurde uns vom Hotelmanager weitergeholfen als wir für unsere Tochter einen Arzt aufsuchen mussten. Wir waren zwei Tage von unserer Rundreise in diesem Hotel. Unser Zimmer war wie eine Maisonette-Wohnung aufgebaut. Die Eltern schliefen oben. Die Klimaanlage hatte die kalte Luft eher nach unten zu den Kindern geblasen, sodass es oben etwas wärmer war. Das Hotel wurde komplett saniert. Wir waren zufrieden. In der Zeit wo wir da waren, hatte das Meer mittelgroße Wellen. Wir bevorzugten den Pool. Der Kinderpool hat eine gute Tiefe, geschätzt 60-80cm. Im großen Pool konnten wir nicht stehen. Mit der Parkplatzsuche für unseren Mietwagen hatten wir stets Glück. Nicht unweit ist ein Lidl. Das Restaurant Galera (in Laufnähe) ist zu empfehlen. Tipp: Vorher reservieren, um einen guten Blick auf die Stadt zu bekommen.

Wir hatten lange im Voraus gebucht. Da war das Hotel noch nicht erneuert. Vorher hatten die Zimmer wohl eine Kitchenette dabei, die bei uns dann durch die Modernisierung entfallen ist. Ursprünglich war dies mitunter der Grund für unsere Buchung. Im Nachhinein fanden wir es nicht weiter schlimm, da es in Rethymnon so viel zu entdecken gibt.

The split flooring was nice. The fort in the town was lovely and worth the visit as was the restaurant on the seafront.

On arrival the receptionist was on the phone, she did not make eye contact or acknowledge our arrival. The aircon in our room was not very good and it dripped on the sofa bed. As the main bed was in the top area it was so hot I could not sleep. The location is in the tatty end of town with a lot of bad graffiti and rubble so the walk into town was not pleasant.

Lovely hotel with private beach! Breakfast was great, swimming pool also and we loved it!

Family room is too small for big family as ours but anyway I think that hotel is great value for money and I would choose it again! Restaurant is in the basement but you can have breakfast outside with a beach view and we did it every morning! No private parking but there is a free one near (5 min walk)

The view is great, right at the seefront, steps away from Rethymno town! Lovely staff!

This is not a four star hotel. The rooms were top basic and tiny and the toilet door was broken and didnt close completly.

It was a really comfortable stay. The breakfast was really good, the room has a beautiful view of the beach and the pool was nice with comfortable places to be in and good views. They has parking to park our car. In overall, they give us good service in our stay and we were really happy. Also, it has a nice restaurant named "Cavo" near to the hotel and by car, it's near to the port.

They were remodeling so the bathroom was really small and it was like an oven due to the heat.

Perfect location very quiet, with own private beach, very attentive staff!

No shuttle bus, would be nice to have one as well for drop off to old town

the room was clean and the maids were very helpful. The reception staff are also friendly and happy to assist

the food. the choice of food is not great and quality is even more disappointing. hence the need to get food from nearby shops/supermarkets/restaurants

Breakfast was pretty good. Didn't spend much time at the beach/chairs, too windy.

Feeling got catfished. The rooms in reality are old, poor renovated, and not maintain well. Moldy smell all over inside the room. The AC was leaking on the first night of our stay while the water marks on the wall & a picture underneath itself were evidences that not the first time. Eventually got room changed to smaller one but with half sea-view. The dressing table was not mounted well on the wall, repainted closet with colorful plastic hangers, rusty sink, old fridge but works. I got bedbug bites all over at the end of the trip.
