The Hotel is in a good location, a few minutes walk from the centre of Pornic. Staff are friendly. Room comfortable. Good WiFi, shower and breakfast.

Reasonable storage in room. Would be better if cupboard space not taken up with spare bedding.

The hotel was in a great location. It was ideal having easy access to free on-site parking as it was a busy Bank Holiday period. Nice friendly welcome from the reception staff .Room was ideal in terms of comfort. The breakfast was really good. I would fully recommend this hotel to friends and family.

We've stayed at this hotel on many occasions and have always enjoyed a lovely reception. The rooms are of a good size and the bathroom and shower are excellent. They are also very comfortable and clean. We enjoy the walk from the hotel into the main centre of Pornic.

The hotel doesn't have air con so the room can get somewhat hot although fans are available. Breakfast is normally good but on this occasion the restaurant was full of a cycling group who where quite rude and pushy, making sure they had their breakfast and at one time I had something almost snatched out of my hand at the buffet!

Booking was easy and staff, (particularly Benjamin) were very helpful. They confirmed Gluten free breakfast options, accommodated rooms close to each other and leant us a plug adapter. The hotel was close to the station and town. Rooms are clean and well appointed.

Although comfortable rooms, they are on the smaller side if you have a lot of luggage, however we would certainly stay there again.

Location

On the main road, poor ventilation so slept with the window open.

The staff and breakfast were very good, but the room was like an oven. There's no climatisation and even with the curtains drawn the room reaches 40°

The heat.

The room was comfortable for one but two may be a little cramped. The balcony again was fine for one but not two. Nice and quiet but pretty central location so handy for the train station and the supermarket, and easy to get to bars, restaurants and beaches. The best beach is about a 30 minute walk but mostly round coastline which is lovely anyway.

Was surprised to find no air-con in the room though - I thought that was pretty standard in most decent hotels these days. They do supply a big fan though.
