The stay was OK. Location is convenient. large parking slots available. very quiet.

We never saw anyone from the property during our stay. No one came to check if all was OK. When we arrived, the premises were not very clean and we had to clean again the floors etc.... when you book on line, you have a price which is very attractive but then a couple of days before arriving you are requested to check in on line and then all is paying : linen, towels, etc .... and the amount is equal to the price you've already paid... finally for this final price we could have a much better place. and no where you are informed of all the paid services. Very disappointing. The apartment was really old style; very basic. very disappointing compare to what you see online. It's Ok when this is what you are expected. However, all apparels were working well. Despite the basics, you have space for your personal things. Nothing really bad as such, but nothing good too. just basic.

Pool and location ...equally great.

Sofa bed. Sofa was fine, mattress was too soft and clunky.

The position in great, the structure is picturesque but in the same time it's quite old and needs some serious cleaning and refurbishing. The swimming pool in the middle is a must.

It's a fact that the French are not champions of the cleanliness. In this case, they are definitely not. The studio was full of dust, the curtains were smelly, probably haven't seen a washing machine in decades, the terrace was full of beach sand and the pipes in the bathroom were repeatedly smelly. We tried to pour a bottle of some cleaning product but with little success. Probably too old and unmaintained. They claim to do a kind of "Covid disinfection" between stays, I wonder is something more than the funky smelly spray they use. We found the mono-use Covid protection bed sheets still on from the previous customers (!). Other issues: - there's no aircon and during the summertime it's actually unbearable hot. Bring a ..fan from home, since they don't provide it. - they don't do any kind of waste recycling, you just throw everything in the same bin. It's like traveling back in time for at least 20 years, - be aware that the studio with the sofa bed actually is so small that if you open the sofa bed you have no space to walk around the room. Just don't book it for more than 2 ppl and consider that actually it's more practical to live on the terrace than inside the room.

Great pool , near a great beach and close to the port for shopping and resturaunts . Onsite supermarket at reasonable prices.

For the price I couldn’t complain. A bigger fridge would be ideal.
