Nice location, is he walked downhill to the river Rhine, little harder for us old people going back up the hill.

The room is bigger than I anticipated, and has a MiniSplit AC that you can set your own temperature, love it! The hotel is in a quiet area where you can enjoy good sleep at night!

The room is at the basement-windows are at the earth level. On the day of check-out it was impossible to open electric blinds. Cleaning personnel did not understand that we wanted service later - so they did not clean at all. The entrance to their private parking was very low so we could not park our Peugeout 2008. There is none at reception after 19:00. To summarize it is certainly not a 4-star hotel. The price was almost 200 euros per night in weekend.

The staff couldn’t have been more attentive or lovely.

The location was good. In a quiet area but close to restaurants and an easy walk to the river. Travellers should be aware that any hotel with a river view will be very close to the railway tracks that run at both sides of the Rhine. Trains, mostly freight, run all day and all night. This is one of the few hotels in the town with air conditioning. While we were there it was very hot and air conditioning made such a difference to our stay. The staff were very helpful whenever we needed local information.

Being charged €10 a night to park a car. The breakfast was adequate but never varied. Hot food was not really hot. Also travellers are assigned a table and expected to use that same table every day. A little too much like school!

BThe hotel is very well located, only a few meters from everything. Ther is a car park about 2 minutes away. Restaurants are within 3-4 minutes' walk. Rooms are spacious and clean. Air conditioning is available and working. Breakfast was fantastic, hot and cold choices and plentiful. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Can only recommend.

If anything , it would just be the juice and water glasses, they were tiny.

The room was clean, confortable and the bathroom was very modern and big!. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The WiFi was bad :(

Breakfast was AMAZING. Sekt, salmon, different kinds of baked eggs, meat from local butcher, bread from the local baker. Very short walk from center. Simple booking through the website. Very friendly staff.

The pictures of rooms look great. Our room however was highly doubtable 4 stars. Old furniture, very noisy, old bathroom interior. Safe was not attatched to a wall. Close to center so partying people on the street woke us up. Next to our room was a vending machine which we heard buzzing all night. And other guest stood talking in front of it in the middle of the night. We made a comment about placing it downstairs in the restaurant and they replied that other guest’ behaviour was not something the could manage. Our guess is that all four surrounding rooms had the same problem because the building is old and lets noise through. We stayed in three hotels in Rudesheim, this was the most expensive one where we slept the worst (due to noise). They were strictest with registration, asking a copy of our passport (which we never give, per advise of our Dutch government).

The staff was great and our room was large, clean and very pretty. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The garage was ok, but it is one of those with car elevators so our alarm went off everytime it was moved (not possible to de-activate it).

Very charming clean modern place. Provided a safe & secure place for our bikes. Nice breakfast. We were upgraded to a room with AC, which was such a treat!

Upon check in we were given a piece of paper with the wrong wifi credentials. The reception closed at 7 pm so we couldn’t straighten it out until the morning. This was a big deal because we bike all day and the only time to plan for the next day is the night before.

Suuuuper nice staff. We visited when there was a heat wave so we were very happy to have air conditioning as well. Rich selection for breakfast.
