Hotel has a big tree parking and located near a tram station. Very short way to city center by tram. Personnel was very friendly. Grocery shop located just across the way.

No air if you sleep with window closed. Had to turn on heat ourselves, that's why it was pretty cold at the beginning.

the staff was really helpful and were quick with answering questions.

the area little isolated, we couldn’t have any waterbottle in the room/machine. Make sure to check in in advance because nobody is in reception during the night. Staff friendly and friendly to speak in English. :)

Very nice place with a lot of free parking space. In front of the hotel is big supermarket. Breakfast is very good, communication place with many transportation to the every point of the city. Thanks a lot ☺️

The room was very spacious, ample towels, enough electric outlets for everyone and comfy beds.

There was no soap in the shower dispenser, a minor inconvenience.

The smoke free room was located directly above the outdoor smoke zone. The second entrance from the parking deck went directly through the smoking zone

Very nice staff. Very clean, cosy and quiet room. Great location, close to the airport and near a tram station (direct tram to the city centre and to the PSD Bank Dome). There's also an ALDI store opposite the hotel.

the couple who own it are great . good English . very helpful . took the trouble to sort maps out and get tram information for me . nothing was too much trouble . safe parking that why I stayed out of town, free as well . good breakfast .

Off street parking in Well lit well maintained area behind the hotel with good wide bays. Good shower, more than ample space in the rooms with storage and a proper desk to work at. Good continental breakfast with a wide choice of food, juices, tea and coffee. Staff very friendly and helpful with advice about Dusseldorf etc. They even let us leave our car there well after we had checked out until my nephew's apartment was available to move into. There is a very handy Aldi store right across the street. There is a Burgerburo only ten minutes walk which was so handy for my nephew to sort his registration to live and work in Dusseldorf
