Friendly and helpful staff

A lot of noise from street, cars, trams, people. Uncomfortable bed Old TV, only German channels, no dual or USB port. No air-conditioning

The rooms are spacey and very nice to be in. The staff was very friendly and answered all my requests. I would love to stay here again.

Nice and clean hotel with competent and very nice staff, private car parking. Good breakfast, you will be not hungry for sure! :) Close to the city old center, most of city relics are in walkable distance.

This is personal preference: I just don't like very soft mattresses and pillows, it is hard to me to sleep well on such bed. But as I said, this is totally personal preference, not an objection against hotel.

Staff were helpful and friendly. Parking was helpful. Location was convenient.

Very comfortable, well decorated room right in the centre of the city. The staff is very attentive and personable.

Good location, parking on street with charges or hotel garage for €9.50, which allowed us to depart at 3pm. Good location, everything was fine. Room for 3 a little cramped, with fold-up bed! Bonus: Close to Bob´s Thorbräu Bier Keller (highly recommended).

Very nice hotel, perfect location - walking distance to the city center. Staff very responsive and nice. Room very cute and clean. Breakfast delicious. Parking spot available without any problem.

The room was a perfect walk down to some sites and a great place we wanted to try for dinner. The beds were quite comfy and the breakfast was a typical European breakfast. I really appreciated that the breakfast staff was so kind to my daughter.

The room was soo warm that we had to open the windows however there are people coming and going from the pub till around 3am... So if you are a person that needs the room a little cooler .. bring ear plugs.
