The location and easy parking

I had already written a critical review about having to ask for a bucket to fill to flush the toilet and that there was no internet. My husband mistakenly booked this hotel again for our return journey. On checking in I was confronted by the receptionist for having given a poor review and according to her I had lied about her and the experience of our previous stay. She asked why we had returned despite our bad experience. I explained that we had made a mistake but that if our presence was offensive we would leave. She shrugged said no and handed me the keycard. When we reached the room we again had no internet and again no air con working. I went back to reception and said again there's no internet. I realised and said that the password was for a different date which is what happened last time. The receptionist showed her contempt. The internet was so bad we had to call our daughter to book Le Shuttle for us. When I returned to reception to advise that the air con was not working the gentleman at the desk looked at me with disdain and waved me away in a hostile way and said:"its not working!". We had driven 400 km. Instead of making us feel comfortable and welcome, the staff look desperate for a fight.

Location, beds were comfortable, room size. Property was clean-ish. For the price, it was quite ok as we got a family room but we were barely in the room at all.

Extremely basic and dated. Bedcovers looked as if they hadn't been cleaned since a while. Reception area had a weird smell. Rooms are in separate buildings away from the reception. Lights in room were not working. No shower curtain or door in the bath so showering meant that the entire bathroom was wet and dangerous and there was nothing to mop up the water with.

Location for overnight was excellent and 24/7 check in made it really easy.

Very simple bedroom. Bed very clean and comfy. Bathroom ok. Very convenient stop as motorway nearby. Also Courtepaille restaurant next door, good food.

Budget hotel very near shopping center and near the town center as well.

Shower area needs to be improved as the entire floor in the bathroom gets wet, even outside of the shower area.

Big room, big bathroom but not quite clean, the bed linens was clean but the pillow was smelling bad, the air conditioning was on but the room was hot anyway, OK to stay for a night

Not very clean the toilet was dirty, the shower to, AC not working

The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming during check in when she served breakfast. Breakfast was good.

I was charged for 2 rooms when I only required one triple room. The air conditioning did not work, the bathroom had no extraction and the Wi Fi was not working.
