Fin dal nostro arrivo, siamo stati accolti con calore e professionalità da un personale estremamente cordiale e attento. Ogni membro dello staff ha dimostrato un livello di ospitalità che raramente si trova altrove, rendendo il nostro soggiorno non solo confortevole, ma anche speciale e personalizzato. La loro attenzione ai dettagli e la disponibilità costante hanno superato di gran lunga le nostre aspettative. La struttura stessa è un capolavoro di lusso e raffinatezza. Ogni angolo dell'hotel, dalle camere agli spazi comuni, riflette un'eleganza senza tempo. Le camere sono spaziose, arredate con gusto e dotate di tutti i comfort moderni. La vista mozzafiato sul mare dalla nostra suite ha reso ogni mattina un'esperienza incantevole. I servizi offerti sono di altissima qualità: dal ristorante gourmet che propone piatti raffinati della cucina locale e internazionale, alla spa di classe mondiale che offre trattamenti rigeneranti. La piscina a sfioro con vista sul mare è un’oasi di pace, perfetta per rilassarsi e godere del sole mediterraneo. Inoltre, il centro fitness ben attrezzato soddisfa le esigenze di chi desidera mantenersi in forma anche in vacanza. La pulizia è impeccabile, con standard che competono con i migliori hotel del mondo. Ogni dettaglio è curato meticolosamente, dalle camere agli spazi comuni, garantendo un ambiente sempre fresco e invitante. L'organizzazione dell'hotel è degna di nota, con una gestione efficiente che assicura un soggiorno senza intoppi. Le attività e le escursioni proposte sono ben pianificate, permettendo agli ospiti di esplorare le meraviglie della costa jonica senza preoccupazioni.

Non è un 5 stelle. L'immobile è anche bello, ma per fare un buon albergo ci vogliono organizzazione degli spazi, dei servizi, del personale, della cucina .. che qui sono mancati. Peccato.

Pool was non-functional a few days and my in-laws room had several aunts; it was never addressed

All facilities not available due to weddings everyday. Pool unusable , gym not existent and bar consistently shut . Unfortunate as the hotel is beautiful and staff are great !!

The weddings

It's a nice looking hotel, both inside and out. The hotel is conveniently located for all the local towns (if you're driving) not so if you're walking.

This hotel could be so much better. The air conditioning in the room didn't function during the day. I needed to do some work whilst there and it became unbearably hot. When I went out later in the day, the staff would turn it back on. Not sure how, as no amount of fiddling with the controller would work (?) Although breakfast was good, I couldn't work out whether any evening meal was on offer. The restaurant seemed closed (no staff and lights off). Only when I had been out for food and returned later in the evening, did I find one couple at a table being served. Given this hotel is made out to be a resort hotel, it clearly isn't. Yet it could be. Won't be staying here again.

Nice hotel, the rooms were clean and the pool was good.

Staff were at times unhelpful. The staff wouldn’t provide an iron and insisted you use their laundry service which was average. We also booked shuttles through the hotel which were always late, including up to half an hour late on the day we were leaving.
