perfect location. staff was awesome. 8th generation family, can’t get much better than that.

The hotel is in a great location to be a center of everything, very nice breakfast with quality foods, I love fresh orange juice. The room is big and comfort. Staff is extremely nice. It is really a good place to stay.

The hotel is no parking. However, they provide a discount coupon for parking fee.

The hotel smelled like a perfume factory! they had perfume stick diffusers everywhere in the halls and even in our room. I had such a bad reaction to them, I was up almost all night sneezing. Even my husband who doesn’t have allergies was complaining.

Finding a reasonably priced room in Portofino is difficult, but this was a good choice. Quiet and comfortable. close to everything. good breakfast buffet. friendly staff

From the minute we arrived we were estatic about the location to the water, the friendly welcome and service getting our bags to our room. The large area of a sitting room, bedroom and bath was a nice surprise. We headed out right away and as we passed the desk we asked numerous questions about the area and if the water and other products in the little fridge were free. The desk clerk said they were free and answered all of our questions. The location to the restaurants and shops was amazing, as well as the easy walk to the beautiful church and monestary. We did not want to check out the next day, it was so perfect! The owner called us a taxi to get us to the train station and someone hauled our bags up the hill and got the luggage in the car for us. I will visit again….we loved every minute!
