Room was not up to cost, small full size bed I a strange location . Shower with tub not good

Staff is super friendly and try to do everything they can, but some rules are not participating at the 5 stars hotel. What was 5 stars in the past 20-30 years, now is just a shadow of that - would say just 2-3 stars. The interior looks great till you get closer - it is very old and just painted to cover all the problems the Hotel has.

Restaurant is terrible, staff is telling that they are fully booked, but I did not see more than 30 % occupation during evening dinner. The menu is terrible and the food is more terrible, have got old langouste salad (it has been in the fridge many days) and raw fish (Hake dish), showed it to the staff, they brought me new one - nearly 40 min when we nearly were ready to go. And it happens in the place the most famous for the oysters, langoustes, fish and etc. After that dinner I had 5 days stomach problems.

Dinner was very good but to be expected for 5*. Not expensive too.

For a 5 star pretty poor. I asked for an early breakfast in my room but only a sandwich and water for breakfast at 7am. The whole hotel was a bit 'dog eared', needs a remake.

It’s in the middle of the amazing island from la Toja. Also the Forrest is a dream to go jogging in the morning and walk with the kids

Our room was Superb if anything lacking was that the duvets were acrylic and not to the standard expected in a 5*. Breakfast was good but I guess because of the covid situation it was a buffet and you could not order eggs everything was pre cooked. Coffee was not of great quality. Rest great.

Breakfast was absolutely impressive, The atmosphere of the room, the live music with the piano, the light, the quality of the meals…. Was simply perfect!

The offer of personal treatments was too limited (I imagine that is an exceptional situation linked with Covid-19, but compared with other spa's that we use to visit, the offer was too short

We loved the hotel and most of all the staff is superb. I never see the quality I saw in this place anywhere else where I've been before. But the room we got really impacted the quality of our stay.

According to the images on the site I was expecting a much better looking room. When we got to the hotel we where informed that we had been upgraded. We got indeed a large room but very outdated design. The noise from the outside was too loud with some kind of machinery working non stop, like a generator we paid for a room with sea view the problem is that this room also has view to the loading area and staff area and there was trucks all the time and quite a lot of noise. The blenders are manual and not ideal for a 5star.
