Staff very friendly

We were looking for a sleepy fishing village just to relax and this was perfect. Clam diggers raking for clams at low tide and slowly walking on promenade; exceeded our expectations.

Nice rooms, great location and excellent breakfast

We were initially told that we would have to pay the parking fee for our two bikes - the first time in staying in literally hundreds of hotel in Europe. Pleased to say it was sorted the next morning but not a great welcome

Very nice location at the beach, quick help at the reception - helpful staff in restaurant, bar, etc. Very hospitable people. Nice rooms of good size, clean and modern. Very good breakfast buffet. Free parking under the hotel. Everybody speaks good English or at least tries very hard, which is appreciated. Excellent value for money.

The bar is not very cosy, it could look more inviting. The underground parking is very tight.

We are regular guests coming at least once a year, because of the panedemic last year we were not able to go to the hotel and now we returned, Everything keeps excellent. The location is really amazing and staff is really friendly and efficient. We will keep coming to our favorite place in Galiza.

We loved the wonderful location and the helpful manner of the lady on reception who looked after our requests and spoke great English. We loved the view from our room. The little bar near reception was welcomed and the patio outside was lovely. We were looked after very well and the request for the kettle was met quickly. We were very grateful to reception for printing out our boarding passes and COVID information forms. The staff everywhere in the hotel were pleasant and welcoming. Thank you for looking after us during our stay.

The worst aspect of the room was it's attic sloping roof. The bed located near to the slope, on which I banged my head several times. Once during the night when returning from the bathroom. The position of the mini bar is not good right under the sloping roof, again I banged my head. The room was a bit clinical, a bit lacking in comfort. This would be improved by some soft furnishings, a little table, a kettle and comfortable chairs or little sofa. A rug on the floor perhaps. The bed was uncomfortable because it was on castors and kept moving. Too much light in the room from the fire alarm. The bathroom is dated and needed a good shower. We were disappointed in that. The towels are past their best and the toilet paper thin and cheap.

the staff is super kind. The bed was big and comfortable, the room was spacious and the bathroom was perfect. the hotel is right on the sea front, and it has everything you need. good quality for the price you pay!

excellent adjoining rooms with a view, great beds, great view excellent reception staff, bar staff a little unhelpful. reception staff printed our travel documents . Would def stay here again

A really nice hotel on the beach of Carril. Nice view of the ocean, nice big room with a nice airconditioning. Parking around the corner.
