The room was very comfortable and elegant,worth the money and the view from the window was amazing. Recommend to couples ❤️

Great location next to the Danube at a river sports facility. Really nice food at the restaurant that exceeds expectations.

It's okay. Nothing special. You have to pay for the swimming pool and gym. It's friendly enough and the breakfast is good if you go early.

Nature around the hotel is breathtaking. There is no traffic and it is really quiet.

Air condition in my room was not working. When I complained about it staff informed me that system is being replaced and there is an information about It during booking so I quote: "heating system is being replaced therefore heat in a room is provided by a small heater". This information was obviously intelligence test which I failed, as I was to assume heating and cooling are the same system. For sure I would not book a hotel without an air condition in a summer period. But even so, I am not buying it as we had two rooms and the other room just next door was nicely cooled. The staff never considered offering me to change a room, even though it was clear that hotel is not fully booked. Speaking of staff... it is polite, but do not expect welcoming smile approaching the reception. Expect more of a government clerk attitude where your presence by a reception is being tolerated. "Variety of domestic and international food specialites offered in a restaurant " in reality means pizza... end of menu. Various activities which we wanted to enjoy during the stay "need to be booked at least 3-4 days prior ", because they need to inform an instructor. Prices of activities are ok I guess, but we really gave up on explaining why we would like to book something, and instead of an active vacation spent our time in downtown Bratislava. Beds are horrible, as there is only a board under a mattress. Sauna and wellness "are not working yet". There is a billiard table in a club area, nevertheless all the cues are without a tip... which is a 10 euro investment for a whole season. Receptionist did try to find some... unsuccessfully. To make things worse I will probably be back as I really like hotel position, so my review is more of a message to a hotel management... changing an attitude does not cost anything and I will be happy to donate for a cue tips. Hopefully some things will change until my next stay.

Hi. Location was nice and the family room was big. We could also enjoy the pool in the evening :)

Entrance door could not be open from inside without card. Should be improved. No drinking water at the breakfast. It is easy and cheap just to have tap water with ice and lemon :)

squeaky doors and beds, very overused old mattresses and equipments

It's a family park so is interesting and there's always something to do, the room was nice for the money and overall it was better than I thought

The AC was not working so they gave us fans, overall is a good value for the money

Breakfast was rich in options. The view from the window on the river Dunaj was breathtaking.

The mattress was too old, soft and not comfortable.

First time in my life a hotel left me as a guest on the steet becouse it was after check in time. I stayed night in the car and a hotel keep my money - so thats unfair.

Location is pretty, nice swimming pool and polite staff.

There was absolutely no phone signal and wi-fi that was supposed to be free was only for prepaid vouchers, which I only discovered deep in the night when there was nobody at reception anymore.

Great location and lovely staff. Lots of activities to do such as kayaking and a great place to relax in after sunset. Charge included dinner was fantastic too.

Rooms could have been a much higher standard in terms of cleanliness and facilities.
