Velice mila a vstricna hostitelka, ktera se stara o pohodli hostu. Snidane pokazde zahrnovala neco z domaci kuchyne. Lokalita je v prijemne casti Spindlerova mlyna, navic blizko mnoha turistickym stezkam.

Nothing. I am honestly a positive person and look for the best in everything...but this accommodation was a complete disaster. We left after the first night (would have left earlier if feasible) and lost our money for the booked four nights. That was preferable to staying there. I do not understand the other reviews that have anything positive to say. I can only think the reviews are purchased.

Zero COVID safety measures - not even asking about vaccination Staff - the lady was aggressive, exceptionally rude to us and about other guests (demeaning about the activities of a group of young ladies staying there). When I announced we would be leaving she smiled and said 'I don't care, you have already paid'. When we left she slammed the door on us. Room - completely opposite to what was advertised. The bathroom was dirty (shower had hairs and bits on the floor), bed sheets had 1 EUR size holes in them...and not just a couple! No TV, no wifi* (the lady did tell us as soon as we arrived not to bother trying the wifi password as it didn't work in our room - nice...), no view except into the building windows opposite - ~8m away. Breakfast - a joke...we were an hour before the breakfast finished and the lady didn;t bother to bring anything more even though most food had run out...we were not the only ones annoyed. I could keep going but honestly I've had enough of this. Booking.com apologized for the property but how they are still allowed to rent their rooms here is beyond me. *wifi did work downstairs.

The bed is big and comfortable. The view was very nice. The location is amazing.

The receptionist couldn't talk in English. We couldn't take our dog to its restaurant. They charged us 420 CZK extra for our dog.

Our room did not have a tv despite the fact that it should be in accordance with the booking offer.

The host always prepared an excellent breakfast. He was always available for us and helped us with tour- and hiking recommendations, in general a very kind person. The pension is based a bit outside of Špindlerův Mlýn but still in touch with the city center. The area in general is beside the touristical points of interests a beautiful hiking spot.

The rooms could be cleaned more often.

The hotel rooms small, cleaned. No fridge, no TV. Breakfast buffet really poor ( Marmelade, toasts, ham, cheese, something like Nutella and jam, eggs from the pan. What I was really disappointed was coffee issue. Including the price was coffee in the vacuum bottle, if you wanted to have espresso from coffee maker you have to pay in addition, which I found not acceptable. Why I have to pay extra for coffee when I paid for breakfast ( which was first really poor and secondly nothing special). I think for the price I paid I could find something much more better without better service conditions.

We appreciated a lot the hospitality and attitude of the people who manage the hotel, very nice people. The room was big, clean, the breakfast had the choice of fruit, hot and cold meals. The kids spent hours playing with super cute kittens of the neighbour acroos the road, so now they dream about going back to this pension, "the best kitten place ever"

The sauna was not working at the time of our stay. The room was mixture of old and new furniture pieces.

We were “lucky” to get one of the smallest rooms for a family of 4 + dog so it was pretty crowded. Otherwise a nice traditional b&b. Good location. The owner is super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty.

No blinds in the room so awake very early bcs of the light ;).
