There was a weird smell outside of the apartment corridor, but this was really minor as we had another door entrance straight from the yard.

A great hotel surrounded by nature, yet few minutes drive from Supermarkets and the center of Flachau. The owner and the staff are extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are well equipped. The hotel offers the Flachau card with several discounts of nearby activities. In the hotel itself there are several activities for children, including a playroom and a large outdoor trampoline. The hotel also offers bicycle for travelling in the surrounding nature. It's location is perfect for daily trips in Salzburger Land. Highly recommended for families.

we had problems with wi fi the whole time. the owner did give us a 30 euro discount and we had late check out which was good but it is unnaceptable not to have good wi fi in apartment. and they knew there was a problem this should have been fixed

The apartment is very close to Flachau main lifts by car or ski bus. The staff were very helpful and kind. Ordering fresh bakery for the morning is a great service to be offered.

The bed is a too soft.

We liked the quiet location, the kids playroom, the apartment is spacious, the whole estate is very nice. About 10 min drive to all ski areas. We will stay here again.

There was no hoover in the apartment. Maybe a newer coffee machine(?)- the one we had was leaking.

Super friendly staff, very clean apartment located close to ski slopes (3 mins drive). Fresh bread/buns/pastries delivered per your order every day - it was so convenient that I can't overstate how easy it made our stay. Their pizza service was good too as an emergency dinner plan. The wifi was very decent. The whole place is the perfect base for a family ski trip.

The heater in our apartment was crazy hot and made nights miserable to some degree. The staff was super friendly and tried to fix it, but putting it caused our hot water boiler to not have enough hot water for the shower of 4 people. The shower itself was way too cramped - it deserves an overhaul to something more spacious (there is the place for that!).

the property was lovely in a quite area with lovely views. nice and clean with amazing ski facilities just a short bud journey away. staff really friendly and happy to help with anything. kids loved it and will definitely be going back xx

A great place for kids and families. The staff is amazing and the facilities are fantastic. Perfect for exploring Salzburg. Despite not being in the main season, it was perfect for us. It had a trampoline, games, and a fully equipped kitchen.
