Rooms are dated. and meal in the bar was awful. came with wrongly cooked steak and when sent back it took 30 mins to get the dish back again by which time my partner was finished. when it came back veg was cold. would never eat here again. or stay for that matter. rooms take you back in time to the 70/80’s looks good on the outside but never again

After the experience I can’t say I liked anything unfortunately

I ordered drinks from the bar to have with my meal and then asked for a glass of ice to put into the drinks as there wasn’t much ice and I was told it would cost me €5.50 for this glass of ice ! - I asked staff and was told this was to stop people drinking in their rooms , I made the point I am sitting in a group of 4 with food on the table and obviously not drinking in my room There was jelly sweets on the carpet in the bedroom under the tv that my 2 year old picked up . 4 of us went to the pool and needed swimming hats . The ‘book’ to charge things to the room wasn’t available so I said I could pay cash . I was staying another night at this point ! 2 hours later whilst sitting in the hotel restaurant eating dinner , I get a call on my mobile to pay the €12 cash for the hats !!!! The food in the bar the second night was poor . the chips had to be returned as half cooked and also the chicken wings were cold .

Liked the leisure facilities and hotel staff were friendly.

Rooms could do with a little upgrade, bed was comfy but base was on floor.

only downside to the hotel was no fridges in the room and the curtains let in to much daylight not good day after a wedding 😣 but apart from that wax excellent x

Dined and service was quick enough/friendly, location was above expectation with decor/cleanliness/standard. Food was very good. Breakfast was of good selection/quality.. bacon a bit overcooked. Well enough space in surroundings, enough staff serving.

Bathrooms are small but usable, toilet/door facing room entrance door doesn't seem right (family user so child/parent with bathroom door open is norm for us).

The size of the bedroom was very spacious.... Perfect. Bed was larger than king-size.

The traffic noise was heard in the room, even late in the evening and very early morning.

Plunge Pool and Steam room both out of use. Unfortunate but couldn't be helped.

Room furniture could do with up grading.One of the beds was a bit worn. Beakfast at 16 Euro was a bit much. Evening meal in the bar was very good and good value.

Very comfortable hotel room, spacious and clean. Ensuite facilities clean too. Tea/coffee facilities in room too. Reception staff well informed, pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was very busy, though plenty staff to cope with their guests.

Cleanliness of bathroom could of been better shower gel and shampoo from previous was on walls and bed wasn't that comfortable. Mouldy smell in hall going to leisure facilities and no staff at it when we went down for about 15 min.

Good swimming pool, sauna steam room etc.
