If you book this hotel and don't read all of their policies, you can be thrown out the door just like me. Having the status of Genius 3 on Booking, I go to hotels very often. But I haven't come across this yet. I am traveling with a dog, 5 hotels before that accepted everywhere with a dog for an additional fee. This hotel kicked me out when I arrived with a dog, saying that they should have been warned about this. If you write “pets allowed” and do not allow pets, then you are deceiving your customers. And kicking a young girl out of a hotel late at night in a country where there is a war now is a shame and shame on you. The hotel was debited immediately upon booking, we are waiting for another refund, the money has not been received so far. I hope this review will open the eyes of the managment to the need to remain human, and if the person did not inform you individually that he was traveling with a dog, do not kick her out of the hotel late at night, but at least apologize and offer options, which was not done. If such an attitude towards their Ukrainian citizens, I can imagine what kind of attitude the hotel has towards foreigners. By the way, I know that now the hotel will start writing excuses to themselves under my review, but since yesterday I have been in correspondence with them and they have never apologized. They insist that when booking their hotel, you must read all their terms and conditions, but it is on the first page that they say “Pets allowed”, but it turns out that animals are allowed only with their permission. And the question is, where is the professionalism and humanity of this hotel, when a young girl, after 3 days of travel, arrives in her country, enters the hotel that she paid for, and the staff decides to kick her out only because she did not agree with them! ? SHOCK!
