THE BEAUTIFUL VIEW ! Amazing!

The staff were friendly although most didn't speak much English but were still helpful. The location was excellent for central roccella. The breakfast was lovely, a nice continental selection with good coffee and possible the best croissants I have ever eaten (cornetto). Good size bathroom, great air con. View from roof terrace is amazing!
The room wasn't very big but it was ideal for this stay and price however I would have preferred a slightly larger room. The door lock broke a couple of times and although they fixed it as soon as possible I had to move rooms for the night and then back again for other nights which was a bit of an inconvenience. I loved the roof terrace views but feel this could be better utilised as a roof top bar or addition of a small pool/hot tub or similar facility to maximise the hotels potential.

I was given the top floor seat overlooking the beach area and the centre square outstanding view. Large room. steps from the centre of town and beach.

It was close to railway station and easy to find. The room was very clean and the shower was great. WiFi was good.
Lovely bakery, Oasi, next door.
The pods for the coffee machine were too big, therefore useless. The room had a minibar but with no pricelist. When I asked why no price list, was told I had to go to the bar and check there-kinda defeats the purpose of a minibar somewhat and a bit sly.
The breakfast was buffet, usual fare for Italy. The server in the breakfast area was playing annoying, random stuff on her phone very loudly.
Two single beds pushed together to make a double.
Not sure how the stars are dished out but this is not a 4 star hotel.

I liked my stay in this hotel because it was clean, comfortable and has very friendly staff. It is not pretentious i.e. you get exactly what can be expected. Conveniently located in the centre of Roccella.
I cannot think of anything. As with most Italian hotels I would suggest to the management to keep on updating and maintaining the rooms so that the customers have a great experience.

Breakfast is very good and with good variety. However there is no buffet and you have to ask the waitress for everything… so you might feel embarrassed to ask multiple times or multiple things.

Fresh orange juice at breakfast. Big recent television in the room.
In the Bathroom, the toilet seat still bore traces of the previous occupant. Luckily the paper seal, indicating that the toilet had been cleaned was fresh though. Missed opportunity, the bathroom is quite modern and comfortable for such a venue. The matras shined through the sheets meaning; there was no matrass cover. The room itself, especially the furniture and bedding was worn out. Un-comfortable mainly because of failing hygiene.

Breakfast not much to choose from, very poor. No hot food. Very modern with a big t.v. screen. As we stayed in the very top floor we had a very nice sea view and also it was interesting to watch the early movements in the square. Parking was very easy.
