How clean it was and the room with balcony was very nice. We also liked the small pool and sauna.

We didn't like the service, the employees seems to be quite angry. The restaurant for dinner close's at 7 pm and there are no Restaurants close to the hotel. The breakfast was not tasty.

Mona Lisa's dining experience is very nice. We enjoyed a half pension the second week with breakfast and dinner. The buffet offered a splendid variety of salads, vegetables, meat, and fish dishes.

Very small room, tv - very limited number of channels - only tvp1, 2., the man at the reception wasn't very helpful about that... Frayed lowels, broken buttons in the swimming pool- the jacuzzi didn't work

Room was comfortable, clean and bright. Breakfast was good too. Staff friendly and helpfully. Close to the Sea - 5 min easy walk . Quiet place Great for people who want relax .

. Swimming pool is so shallow like kids pool , sauna working from 3pm so on the morning time is turned off . If u want fresh towels u have to call the cleaners.i was waiting 2 days for room cleaning service and on the 3rd day I called to the reception and they told me that I need to request fresh towel. There is no entertainment for small kids .. its a spa and relax place not holiday family fun and relax .

The facility is located in a quiet place away from Kolobrzeg. Standard room small but clean and comfortable. Very good breakfast and dinner with a large choice of meals. Professional staff in the spa area. A small swimming pool and sauna are available for our guests.

Overall, everything was fine, only the jacuzzi in the pool was not working.

Lovely pool with colorful lights, warm and peaceful sauna, comfortable shower ! Quite and peaceful room, respectful and extremely friendly stuffs, specially the cook woman (who prepared breakfast delicious omelette, reception woman), exactly what people expect in vacation. Very satisfied with the location, hotel lobby with lovely portrait, easy access to bus to get to center or walk towards the natural Ekopark along the seaside to get to the center!!! To chill in seaside need 7/8 min walks…absolutely perfect 🤩!

One of the best holiday place, can’t see a thing I don’t like! Good for couple as well as for family! Will definitely be coming back again!

The breakfast was good and rich with fresh made eggs. My only concern was lack of fruit. The staff was helpful but not too friendly. Room was spacy and clean and the nice and clean beach is really close. Great stay.

Small pool basically for kids and too much chlorine, the breakfast was fine and the room was kind of not okay: old very uncomfy bed, very dusty, old towels, the hairdryer was not working, the light goes on and off on its own
