Absolutely everything! Quite and clean resort. Clean rooms. Lovely staff. Sunsets at the beach are breath taking!! Small but good breakfast. Nice burger for lunch. The entire place looks like an oasis. I stayed at the resort alone and it was such a relaxing place to unwind! Definitely going there again ! Thank you Medusa!

The resort is at a remote location which I choose deliberately. But to get to the town or Port, requires a 10-15 minute walk (along the beach, super lovely) and catching the bus from there. But i think the bus intervals are once every hour (or half an hour, not sure) so i didn't take this option. Instead I took a cab which cost 25 euros one way!! If the resort could arrange a transfer once or twice a day for the guests , that would have been really fantastic because 25 euros per way is really a lot!

From the start they made us feel very welcome. We were greeted with a welcome drink and shown to our massive room with balcony where there was a complimentary bottle of bubbly for us - we were on honeymoon. There's no means of making coffee in the rooms, but Eddie, the very happy food and beverage chap, was happy to bring us coffee in the morning before breakfast. Breakfast, also served by Eddie, was epic! Pastries, bread & jam, fruit, yoghurt & honey, eggs & bacon. The location was great for us; out of busy Naxos town, but right on the beach. There are some great restaurants 15min walk up the beach from the resort. All the staff were extremely cheerful and helpful. Thanks Medusa for making it a great stay in Naxos.

Air-con not working, TV had no channels and no wifi

The reception staff were wonderful and very helpful, Eddie was fabulous at breakfast and dinner, the lady that cleaned our room daily was very polite and did a super job. A very lovely family run hotel.
