Very good evening meals, perfect location, plenty of parking.
The room is so small( for a family of 3),no air conditioning, the shower is quite weak.
Unfortunately, there is no dairy free milk for breakfast ( not provided), and coffee could be tastier..

A fantastic hotel directly opposite the beach,the weather wasn't great so we never made it to the beach, but luckily the hotel has a great pool, and games room, so the kids were entertained the whole time.
The staff are are absolutely amazing, so helpful, and friendly, they made us feel right at home.
Dinner at the hotel was lovely, everything was cooked to perfection, breakfast was equally as good.
The bar was great, the lady that made my espresso martini was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐, she also makes a great peach Bellini 😁
We had such a great time, we decided we needed another night, so we were lucky enough book into another room, both rooms were clean and comfortable, plenty of hot water. Cannot wait to return, highly recommend.
Nothing to dislike, the moment you walk through the door, the attention is on you, honestly not a bad word to say.

Very old , should not be called 3 stars , it’s worse than old B&B . Rooms are small . Floor boards make noise . Breakfast wasn’t any good. Won’t use that place again

The location was amazing and the staff were really friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean and functional, and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was excellent.

Loved the pool and bar staff especially nikki very friendly made me feel so welcome
Found the rooms to be very dated they need modernising only real complaint is steam room is where pool table is and if people don't close the door for the steam room it comes into the pool room and you can't see a thing

Bed was comfortable
The room above us had incredibly squeaky floor boards from9pm-11.30 the guests above us were moving about then at 5am they woke us up buy constantly walking from one end of there room to the other squeaking the floor.full English breakfast didn’t come with beans or mushrooms or hash browns.big radiator didn’t work.we phoned before stay to upgrade to a spar bath but we’re told our room came with one then went to use it but the pump was broken

Perfect location, very friendly and very helpful staff, games room was fun, bed was comfy and we was over the moon we got our room upgraded!
If I had to say anything it’s that the rooms are a bit dated but that didn’t affect our stay at all.

I stayed in room 12 on the 8th October til 9th october the cleanliness of the hotel top standard and all the staff very very friendly and answered my questions with a polite smile excellent service with a smile especially the night porter had a lovely conversation with him, also good value for money would recommend to family and friends.. deffintly a 5 * from me and certainly would come again
Didn't like going outside to have a ciggerette to be honest apart from that pleasant stay

Breakfast was not bad, ok for the hotel. The pool ok for childrens. Atmosfera good not noisy. Staff nice. A hoover in the corredor all day and night, no safe. Room clean, bed no comfortable. Curtains very clear need to sleep with a pillow in my face. Is better to pay little more and go to a nice hotel. We don't go to this hotel anymore.
