The amazing staff, the comfy bed, the beautiful rainhead shower, the rooftop terrace, the free bottled water, the quiet in spite of being centrally located. This hotel is worth booking!

The breakfast option at the sister hotel 6 blocks downhill, was fantastic but the coffee was awful and the buffet food was cold. Order the omelette and fruit plate!

Staff were really friendly and accommodating. They held our bag before check-in and after check-out. They helped us when my husband had food poisoning (not from hotel food) bringing extra water and towels. The room was nice and clean. Location was great, very near the city centre and Cathedral.

The breakfast is only continental which means it's fruit, granola, yoghurt and bread. They offer a buffet breakfast in another hotel, 6 streets away, which was not ideal. The water was initially cold, but once we called reception they fixed it immediately and after this it was really hot water with great pressure.

The hotel is located in the centre of San Miguel de Allende at walking distance from all attractions including many restaurants and bars. The rooftop terrace of the hotel has an amazing view over the city.

The room I stayed only had a window on the central court and therefore was quite dark. The valet parking service did not really work well, the parking is too far away from the hotel and took too long to get back my car the day I left.

I liked everything the rooms very comfortable and clean.. Staff was awesome and attentive.. Breakfast in the roof top with an awesome view. It's also very near the town square..

Really clean and less than 5mins walking to the center. Staff was really friendly and you can enjoy breakfast at the terrace with beautiful view! A plus is that there's valet parking available and also they have an agreement with a parking lot two blocks away. Would definitely be back again!

Everything is perfect. Hotel location is excellent. Every attractions are in walking distance. The staff is very nice and always ready to help. The room is clean, and bed is comfortable. It is very quiet at night. I stayed in four hotels in Mexico, and this one is definitely the best of them. Recommend!

Fantastic location near the heart of the old city. It was easy walking distance to most tourist sites. The staff was very helpful calling taxi's, etc. The view from the rooftop terrace was amazing and you can have your breakfast up there. I would definitely stay here again.
