The beds where comfy and the rooms where warm. When the hot water worked the shower was good. Really like the pool and sauna to relax after a day of skiing.

The hot water was out for 2 days during our stay which is not ideal as you def need a shower after skiing all day. There was no compensation for the time with out water which is a bit sad. Also there was a one lady on reception who was just plain rude. Also the kitchen was tiny only good for breakfast in the morning.

location, availability of small swimming pool and sauna and good value for money

studio for up to 3 was fine for 2 people but would be small for 3 if intending to eat in of an evening

it was close to a bus stop

A breakfast option would have been good as would check in before 1700

It was informed that it was free parking, but it is not correct. We had to pay 85 EUR - and we did not have any options for the car /was told that free parking was 6 km away - and it was almost like a bad joke.

Rooms are tiny, pool was cold. Did not inform us anywhere that we have to clean the rooms before we left and then charged us cleaning fees for each room as it was not done (because no one informed us).
