Breakfast was good and the location excellent

The room was smelly and not good ventilated, the music outside was very loud, wich means the rooms are not well isolated. Couldnt sleep well because of that

the pool area was OK. The location of the Hotel is also very good specially if you come via sea ie the Marina.

The glass doors which led to the Balcony at ground floor could not be secured. There was a lot of cockroaches and the response was that they came from the grass area. They couldn't even send a cleaner to dispose of them. Twice they forgot to place towels. Their accounting and recollection of what had been spent wasnt properly managed and tried to charge us extra.

Good location, The hospitality is heart warming, the staff are helpful specially in reception. The breakfast is very complete and taste good

I would like to share with you how I feel about our stay. My sister and I had an amazing time. The location was great. It’s so relaxing and spacious hotel. The landscaping is so nice. We had an unbelievable view. We could see the beach from our room. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was big as well. All the staff, from the front desk to waitresses and waiters to the doorman were super friendly and professional. I wanna kindly thank Mister Younès, he was outstanding and patient with our demands. I will definitely go back and recommend the hotel to my friends and family.

I wish we stayed longer.

Zakaria at the reception was very helpful, The swimming pool was nice The view from the room was splendid And the access to the beach was from the hotel which is very handy. Breakfast was served at the table not many choice… but it was fine. Not a lot of activity for kids maybe also because it’s off season… In General my stay was relaxing, and I really enjoyed it…

Very clean. Amazing view. Rooms are super comfortable. Close to the sea. Breakfast is diverse and very delicious.

Service is not great. Person in reception needs to develop his communication skills. Plus he is not very informed on the rooms reservation. Waiters are nice but need to develop their skills as well. Mini bar was completely empty. Not even a water bottle. Restaurant was closed at 11 pm and we couldnt find any food in the hotel.
