Good location by Plaza Americas if you need to do some shopping during your overnight. Rooms are incredibly basic/dated, but clean. Staff was friendly, but there wasn’t a sign of food to be had at my midnight arrival. Best option was the gas station next door. Totally fine for a night after a super delayed flight, but otherwise, I would look elsewhere.

the room smells like sewer, toilet and shower is not clean. have difficulty communicate in English

House keeping was cleaning the room and changin the towels and everything. So only this part was good.

The reception person checking us was not a good person at all. He gave us a room that was dirty the next room he gave us was having a trash outside I had to go there and ask for cleanliness. Wifi was so poor that in 5 days of my stay I wasnt even able to open gmail. Dont dont trust their wifi. Room size is so small that 2 people couldnt sleep on a queen size bed, the ventilation system is so noisy. Breakfast is of poor quality and just a breakfast for the sake of breakfast and not a proper one, They just added it as a value. Beware of hidden charges they show you less price on booking.com but u end up paying way more.

Excellent location, near to the mall Plaza Las Americas. The place Aldo has swimming pool and breakfast included. Also 1 ride (in a mini bus which belongs to the hotel) per day to a distance no longer than 5 km. Excellent and helpful staff.

The hotel and rooms are clean. But it could be much better. Bathrooms and pool need a deeper cleanness. Breakfast is not that tasteful but since it is included within the price is not bad. It would be great if there was more variety in food.

Location is okay if you wanna be in town centre and save some money. Staff did not speak any English but were very helpful and we understood each other at the end with a Google translate help.

- rooms are very wet, you cannot open windows - we had some spot marks on our bed sheet - no towels (asked for more but got only one to share) - WiFi works only at the lobby (at least for us) - breakfast is very limited Overall wouldn't stay again, you can find much better hotels in Cancun in the same price range

Comfortable and clean. Close walking location to Plaza Las Americas which has shopping, a super market and restaurants. Would recommend for an economic overnight stay in Cancun.

upon check-in, they took a double payment from me and promised to return the amount within three days, then they promised to return the amount within 15 days, as a result, 50 days passed and the money was never returned, I was very sorry that I chose this hotel and I do not advise anyone
