The staff was wonderful. They worked very hard to make everything perfect. They came at dinnertime, and lit a fire and placed hot water bottles in the bed.

We loved the fireplace in the room and the hot water bottles they put in your bed at night. The property is beautiful and we enjoyed walking around the gardens. We also loved the dogs, especially Toby! We miss him!

We booked this hotel at short notice after a long day in the Andes. It is super peaceful, the rooms are separate cottage like buildings with a log fire, which was lit for us whilst we had dinner, so returning to a toasty warm room after dinner was a delight. The restaurant is a fine dining experience, but priced remarkably competitively. The only possible down, was there was no WiFi in the room, albeit available in reception, and our local cell service provider also had no service. But a night without distractions from the outside world was kind of refreshing, we should try it more often.

A vibrantly colorful, extremely comfortable 150 year old Ecuadorian farmhouse outside of Otavalo. Full of color, including whimsical murals on the walls. The rooms are very comfortable - someone will come over while you are at dinner and light a fire in your fireplace. The staff is gracious and makes your visit feel very personalized. The reception staff all speak English. All of the vegetables served are grown in their organic garden. And flowers for the guests rooms as well. The beautiful grounds and gardens go on forever. There are even resident llamas. It is a short $3 taxi ride to the famous Otavalo Market.

Absolutely loved it. It is my third time staying at Las Palmeras Inn. The property is beautiful, and the service is great. One of my favorite thing to do is get close to the llamas and sometimes pet them.. ⁰

Staff not easily found. When we arrived room was NOT as described in the Booking.com. So we will not be going back again. Overvalued property. No amenities.
