Clean, lovely hosts, comfortable bed

Noise from other rooms and some one knocking on out door at 5am in the morning looking for a girl! Made us quite nervous as we were 2 x woman travelling together.

The staff and the room

The heater was a bit complicated but nothing major to complain about.

Arrived very late on a cold evening, the heater and light was on in our room.It was a great location. The room was clean and comfortable. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

That I did not get an opportunity to go in the pool

Hostess was lovely and helpful. Room was clean and well equipped.

Just my preference but the pillows were like rocks. Nothing to do with the staff, but people came in at 10:30pm and were very loud and noisy.

We were able to check in early and the staff were very helpful. We were greeted with exceptional customer service and the rooms were very clean. Breakfast was superb which made our stay more enjoyable. Foxtel was also included. Top notch place to stay if ever you’re in Werribee or nearby.

Fantastic helpful staff and perfect location with nice rooms and comfortable beds , and nice high pressure shower .
