El día sábado en la noche no había personal para atender el restaurante , estuve esperando 20 minutos para pedir un trago que nunca llegó. Deberían tener más gente . Además pedí servicio de traslado al aeropuerto nunca me lo ofrecieron.

La tranquilidad y silencio en la habitación

Desayuno muy rico y variado. El lugar para ello es espacioso y tranquilo, el mobiliario cómodo y ameno. La limpieza del hotel en general, excelente. Se extrañó que no hubiera gorra de baño y secador de pelo en la habitación.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very good quality.

The first room we got smelled bad, but the stuff changed it immediately.

The hotel is well located in the heart of the city and the dinner at the restaurant was surprisingly excellent.

This is an older hotel that was purchased by another brand and remodeled, but the rooms still feel a bit musty in places. Apparently, they are still remodeling as I could hear the construction going on above me on a different floor. Since I had to leave very early in the morning to make the bimodal ferry, they offered me a breakfast "to go" which was nice, but, unfortunately, it wasn't much. But, since the restaurant is quite good, I am sure that if had I had time to have breakfast at the hotel, it would have been excellent.

Great hotel, a little away from city centre but supermarket handy walk away. Room was quite large, super comfortable bed and decent size bathroom. Breakfast was awesome with great variety. Staff super friendly and helpful and cool that a few spoke English. We actually left another hotel in the city centre to come back to this one as we liked it so much

I love the Hotel, especially the underground parking, is safe. I would suggest placing a sneeze guard over the breakfast setup, people gathering around getting breakfast talking and spitting over the food. Also, make sure the food is hot. Good variety though. The staff is very nice. Raul (facilities) was very nice and attentive. I stay twice at the hotel the second time we were given rooms on the upper floor and none of these rooms had a lock on the doors which was worrisome and unsafe, so we requested to switch. It's a beautiful hotel, but it seems that they need more staff. I would recommend it.
