Todi is simply a gorgeous town! The B&B location was perfect, right by the Cathedral. We were able to observe an evening procession in the cathedral square. The breakfast was great and in a charming setting. There were good restaurants in easy walking distance. The staff could not have been nicer. Indeed, when my wife got stomach pains of such a severity late at night that a near midnight doctor's visit was arranged by the kind owner, Chiara. Because she was in considerable pain the doctor in turn arranged for an ambulance to take my wife to the hospital in Perugia where she got multiple tests and truly excellent care . Luckily, the finding was that it was only indigestion caused by a constipating diet and she got better on her own after 8 hours in the hospital; with them keeping her in for another 3 hours to make sure she was OK. But we remain forever indebted to Chiara for her care!! The only issue in the B&B was the absence of an elevator, but that is typical in B&Bs in old beautiful buildings.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Residenza D'Epoca San Lorenzo Tre in Todi, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. Our hostess, Chiara, went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction during our visit. Her warmth and helpfulness truly made a difference, as she provided us with valuable information about the city of Todi and even assisted us in booking reservations at local restaurants. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a mere 20 meters from the main square, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city's attractions. The breakfast offered was exceptional, with a vast variety of delicious options to choose from, ensuring a great start to our day. In summary, I wholeheartedly recommend Residenza D'Epoca San Lorenzo Tre for anyone visiting Todi. With its excellent location, delightful hostess, and delicious breakfast offerings, this hotel is sure to provide a memorable and enjoyable stay.

The room was poorly soundproofed, but it might have to do with the old building.

Excellent and charming period property

Chiara our host was lovely, very obliging, sorted out airport taxis which went very smoothly. Beautiful building and room, fantastic views, central Todi, perfect for ambling around. Only a one night stay but very good and a super breakfast too.

Be aware, several flights of steep stairs to reach accommodation, not suitable if you have mobility issues. ( Doesn't bother Chiara, who kindly whisked our suitcases up in a flash).

chiara is an excellent host in every way possible. this place is undoubtedly the best place to stay in Todi. you will get everything you need in terms of advice, dinner reservations and an unforgettable breakfast in a rustic and extremely beautiful building.

Location could not be more central and yet quiet. The hotel is situated in an old stately home filled with antiques and paintings. The roof terrasse is magic overlooking the landscape and the cathedral. Breakfast was excellent in a cozy room. The owner and hostess was very friendly and did her utmost to make the guests comfortable.

The property is right next to the church, in the People’s Square. It’s also on the edge of the hill, so from the terrace there’s a beautiful panoramic view of the valley.

The only thing we could complain about was the shower head which sprayed in all directions

Fabulous property! Very quaint and pretty, stunning views from rooftop. The receptionist/owner was so helpful - gave us lots of recommendations. Clean, excellent location, perfect for our 2 night stay! Lovely breakfast each morning too.

Perfect location. Incredibly clean. Charming place evocative of another age with wonderful people who are tremendously willing to take care of you. It really feels as if you are staying as a visitor in a beautiful, historic house.

The location was brilliant. The breakfast great. Everything about the hotel was very satisfactory.

Charming historic small hotel/guest house. Decor preserves the history with modern touches. A bonus feature is a roof terrace with lovely views. Our room was spacious and comfortable. A unique place to come to back to.

The entrance stairs might be a challenge to some.

The structure and location are beautiful and representative of the town and era of construction . Facilities are modern and clean while enveloping you in the history of the building and family . Truly lovely. Chiara offers as much assistance as you would like and more. She met us at the piazza to assist us, when our fatigue from travel was overcoming us. The breakfast is as one would like, sweet or savory and ample fruit
