Het appartement zelf en de balkons. De foto's waren véél mooier en totaal anders dan de werkelijkheid. Geen goede douchemogeljkheid (zie foto) niet geschikt voor mindervaliden. Queensize bed besteld/betaald, kregen een bed van 135 cm ervoor terug. Weinig keukengerei zoals een waterketel, 1 van de 2 kookplaten kapot, geen 2 stoelen op het balkon, geen licht op het balkon. Ook was het heel gehorig. In ons verblijf van 5 dagen geen aanvulling van wcpapier en vervanging van handdoeken!? Dus erg teleurstellend, 1 keer nooit meer!

late check in ( I think it’s after 4 or 5pm) not cleaned whilst we stayed, ran out of toiletries, not staffed all the time. no washing machine even though it was listed.

I rented this apartment for my son and his family and they were flying in from Guatemala. I was worried that they may arrive late but the owner offered to hand over the keys up to 12.30 (after midnight), a gesture I really appreciated. Although I did not stay in the apartment my son and his family found it comfortable, clean and very well situated for the beach, bars, restaurants and shops. It was very easy to park opposite. This was in April but I'd imagine it could be harder during high season. We thought the relation between the price and the quality very good. I would recommend for a small family.

My son said one of the towels for the bathroom was stained but otherwise no complaints.

Cleaning, 100 meters to the beach, lift, convenient.

Don't expect a luxurious condo. TV small.

Very friendly host and her daughter helping her mother when English was needed. The apartment was very clean; the impression was that it has been taken good care of.

There was nothing to complain about in general. Maybe it would have been nice to clarify all problematic issues speaking in English rather than a mix of languages and gestures.
