el que la recepción me soluciono el problema de la habitación producto que somo una pareja no era necesario una habitación con dos camas . por otro lado agradecer la comprensión por la admisión adelantada, ya que después de un largo camino conduciendo y que corrimos con suerte de llegar un algo mas temprano de lo planeado , NOS VINO DE GRAN PROVECHO . por ello gracias

bueno a la verdad muchas de las luces y/o lámparas que están el respaldar de la cama o a un costado, funcionaba solo una de hecho una alta decorativa ubicada de una esquina del cuarto, la pantalla protectora de luz, pendía de un hilo, estaba totalmente deteriorada. por otro lado no logre agua caliente durante todos los 3 dias (esto se lo comunique a la recepción a mi salida, me dieron una serie de explicaciones pero en mi caso en mi estadía no logre agua caliente) en el desayuno si creo , un pequeño ajuste en el hecho de brindar por lo menos unas dos variedades mas de pan como también de quesos y unas rodajas de fruta como guineo, sandia, melón.

The front desk staff chose to take a group of 20 people checking in over a group of 2 that arrived at the same time. We were soaking wet and waiting for him to scan 20 passports. When we finally got to the room it was dirty, damaged, and very dated. We called the front desk to let them know we were unhappy and we were told to cancel through booking.com and we would have to wait till the morning to speak to the manager who would handle our concerns. I refused to stay there and ended up booking at the Hampton by Hilton. (Which was only $10 more a night and immaculate) I would understand if this hotel was really cheap but it’s pretty much the same price as the Hilton.

Easy to find an has everything you need. Rooms where clean spacious with medium sized bathroom.

The hotel is a little dated and can use some paint and new materials in a couples places. Wouldn’t recommend the so called Italian restaurant inside the hotel.

We have stayed many times!! Staff is very friendly & helpful, especially the front desk!! Very large pool which is well maintained. Nice garden area around pool. Restaurants have great food at reasonable prices, and staff is professional and accommodating!! Great breakfast buffet. As it turned out, we happened to stay for Panama "Mother's Day". Dec 8th is a national holiday; most businesses are closed. They had a special lunch buffet which was excellent!! It even included a glass of sparkling wine and red rose for the Mothers!! Good location & free shuttle to/from airport.

a bit of a walk from the bus station, but still walkable. gym didn’t have air conditioning running at all.

Clean comfy room but breakfast not great.

Food was not hot and fresh but in a heating table.

We have stayed here many times!! Always great!! Staff very helpful & friendly. Very large pool, always sparkling clean and nice garden area... Older hotel, but comfortable. Good breakfast. Great lunch buffet (reasonable price). Large menu in Italian restaurant, also reasonably priced, large portions, & great taste.
