Very quite area even the location is near Alona beach..Close to restaurant, friendly staff and have Pool.

No free amenities likes soap, shampoo,toothbrush.. No glass and kettle provide.

The hotel is located near the highway and is walking distance to the beach and the stores.

1. The hotel accepts cash payments only. So ensure you have cash ready. They do not accept credit cards nor debit cards. 2. The toiletries are given on "ask basis". Ask for your toiletries provision before using the toilet. 3. The internet connectivity is unstable. Bring your own wifi if internet connection is very important to you. 4. The cabinets are waiting to be cleaned to eliminate the smell of roaches. 5. The restaurant operates within a specific, narrow period. Ask the receptionist of the restaurant operations to avoid disappointments.

The gym was closed and we didn't get ant discount for that. We have to found another gym in the town and was and extra expense for our trip.

love the room as its clean although the pool has so much chlorine in it but the place looks great!

-clean room and spacious bed -7-10mins walk to Alona beach -Accomodating staff. The staff help me to reach the airline in the airport because the airline's office is in Tagbilaran and most of the contact numbers are not working so they contact the airline in the airport for me but unfortunately the airline does not entertain queries regarding cancellation of flight that day over the phone so I went to the airport to check the status. It's not the job of the hotel staff to contact the airline but they excel on their service to help me.

Refund for 1 night due to Covid19 outbreak. I booked for 2 nights but I want to cancel the 2nd night due to lockdown in Manila. The hotel offered to rebook the unused room within 3mos but what if the situation is still the same? In my case since I take a chance passenger on that day I did not cancel day 2 of my reservation because I can still use that just incase there's no more flight for me. But over all stay is good.
