Wonderful hospitality. The staff is outstanding in their willingness to serve you better. Food quality really good. Nice property with ample lawn space.

I would say that the rooms can be a bit more spacious. There is a steep walk to the hotel for 200 meters from the plain road

Amazing room (wooden interior, almirah, queen size bed) mountain facing .. Swings in the hotel, speakers everywhere with soothing music, great staff

The property was very clean and extremely well maintained. They have the sweetest staff servicing the guests. From the restaurant waiters to porters. The room - 302 was quite spacious and very aesthetic! And the views were amazing all day!

It’s a bit of a walk, but that is a very minor inconvenience in comparison to all things good

Everything was so perfect. Super clean rooms, and hotel was smelling so nice and clean.

Hospitality is a very difficult thing to do nowadays, the courtesy word had vanished, Whenever we checkout of hotel or if we have come back from local market Jo reaction, Good Morning, Good evening word is of past, if we are paying 4000 per night atleast show some respect, never said to please stay with us again, even in these testing time of Covid, where hospitality jobs are at risk, Atleast show some respect to your customer, the business is usual for them, you stay or not stay, u are happy or not happy with the services, the staff is mute, you stay n pay n go don't expect any courtesy, stayed there for 4 nights, I am a regular traveller I will pay few rupees more for stay I am from the family of the hotel industry my brother has Done CHA from the US Hope you have heard this word. The food of Hotel was excellent, property is good, only one thing, you need extra effort ro reach hotel from Mall road,

Location is very good, you can see whole Shimla from the lawn area, Jhaku Ropeway is near and within walking distance. Ambience of Hotel is very beautiful and I love the open area. Service of all staff members is exceptional and ready to serve you with heart. Food is very delicious.. their chef's put exact taste what you wanted in food. I must say food is very tasty. Garden area is where where you can spend maximum time and view the scenes of nature. Very nice hotel. Thanks to all staff for making our trip a memorable one
