Apartment #4 (we booked #1) was spacious and well furnished, with air-con throughout the apartment. Attractive reception area. Good housekeeping. East Head Cafe 20m away. Good parking facilities. Amarille was helpful and extremely available.

Confusion about the actual apartment booked, as Beacon House had left Booking.com and our chosen apartment had been given to another party. Loadshedding throughout our stay was a nuisance, although Beacon House has its own generator. Proximity to the East Head car park and East Head Cafe meant that we could be seen on the balcony, The kitchen was described as 'gourmet', but the equipment provided is basic. Noise from families in other apartments.

Breakfast not expected or offered.

Cutlery and crockery very basic. We would expect more from a high-end rental. It would be nice if beach towels were available as this is a beach location.

We really enjoyed our stay. Beautiful property and excellent management.

Fantastic location next to one of the best eateries in Knysna. Perfect size apartment for a family of 5. Super comfortable beds, and powerful hot showers!

View was not as good as we expected by seeing the foto’s in booking.com. picture are of the highest floor and we were on the 1th. We found some hairs in the douche. From this price we expect an excellent accommodation. Although it nice and luxery is there is rust on the trash can, water is coming through the shower wall while taking a shower and one of the legs of the refrigerator is broken.

The location of this property is amazing and the staff were very accommodating and professional in dealing with our requests. I would strongly recommend this place for anyone looking for exceptional views, service and a relaxing time.

Beacon House is an absolute gem. An ideal space and location for a couple's getaway or just for some RnR. We loved the spacious feel and flow of the apartment, the cleanliness and the attention to detail. We wished we booked a longer stay and plan to visit again in the near future. The scenery (Knysna Heads) from the apartment was amazing. The room was clean, well-furnished and equipped with everything you need. The shower and bathtub were amazing. There is ample storage space for your luggage. The bed was very comfortable. Ample air conditioning is provided. We experienced load shedding during our stay, but that's where the gas stove came in handy. The gas fireplace was a nice addition.
