Breakfast was great! We enjoyed the walk around the property after - loved the landscaping! Staff was exceptionally friendly. Enjoyed meeting the “house cat”!

Great garden, great service from staff. Room was good, shower was great. Very good cost-benefit index. I had some wet clothes and they offeres laundry and dryer services for me for free.

Very friendly staff and an enchanted location and building were what made this stay incredible. Every detail seemed to work together to make this one of my best hotel stays ever. Peaceful and comfortable. The hotel cat is incredibly friendly, the staff are just so kind and helpful, the gardens are just so cute, the breakfast is just so well done. Highly recommend this place to all.

Great attention- ¡gracias a Diana y su equipo! Beautiful gardens and fountains surrounded by mountain views. Peace and quiet far from the main road and downtown Baños. Bungalow perfect for our three families traveling together: each room had private bath, comfy beds, large common area with cozy fireplace they lit for us each night and outdoor patio with large table. Kids enjoyed exploring grounds and the large gameroom. Breakfast each morning was delicious and filling. Will definitely recommend and return!

The staff was super friendly. The room was amazing. Clean and comfortable. We were surprised that the room offered two bathrooms. The breakfast was incredible with the most delicious fruit. We had fun in the game room. The location was just perfect close to the city center but far enough to feel like you were in a magical place.

The pipes in the bathroom were noisy.
