Otel merkezinde merkezindeydi. 2 adımda ana meydan olan başçarşıya ulaşıyorsunuz. Odalar biraz eski ama temizdi. Günlük temizlik düzenli yapılıyordu. Otel sahibi Nuray hanım çok ilgilendiler, gezilecek görülecek yerlerden tutun da, ulaşım araçlarına kadar her konuda yardımcı oldular. Kendisine özellikle teşekkür ederiz.
Çok önemli bir konu değil ama şehir merkezinde olduğu için sabahları biraz şehrin gürültüsü odaya geliyordu, belki ses izolasyonu bir tık artırılsa iyi olurdu. Gene de diğer olumlu tarafları göz önüne alındığında çok kayda değer bir konu değil.

Spacious. Clean. The location is right in the old centre. The breakfast was perfect and the lady who served it was very very helpful and kind.
Awful smell coming from the shower sink. It smelled like stool.
There was just one window so you needed to turn the lights during the day. The air condition was a moveable one and was very loud.

This hotel is a family business, and they really care about their guests! It’s perfectly located near historical city center. It’s actually 11/10
Internet connection might be faster, but unless you are there for work it’s more than fine 👌

hello everyone, I want to share my experience about this hotel, first of course I read reviews and was curious if it really was such a well-scoring hotel in real.
I can recommend everyone to book at this hotel, first of all, they have very clean rooms, staff is super friendly, location just can't be better, 5 minutes walk to center (Baščaršija)
Car parking can be difficult, but they do have a solution for that, they take your car key and as soon as there is a free space your car will be parked, it is difficult to park in the whole centrum of Sarajevo.
In addition, the owners are Turks, so communication was very easy for us.
Once again I would like to say a big thank you to the staff and owner for welcoming our family.
And I would especially like to thank Mrs Nuray and Mrs Selinay and of course we can't forget the grandfather. :))
There was no minibar/refrigerator in our room, but we were allowed to use the hotel's refrigerator for our food and drinks.

The hotel location is excellent. The lady who served the breakfast was vefy kind and helpful.
There was no hot water in the shower, which I pointed out to the staff, who did not correct the pipe failure. My family and I spent two nights in the hotel and we couldn't shower because of the freezing water. In addition, the smell in the bathroom was unbearable, making the whole room stink. The toilet seat was not fixed and there was a lot of dirt under it. The air conditioner was movable and very loud (to loud to be on at night).
The hotel doesn't have its own pakring. If there is a space, the car can be parked in a very narrow and busy street at the risk of being hit or scratched.

There was only one available electrical plug in available besides the one in the bathroom, which is terribly high up and I couldn’t reach it.

it was clean and location is good (really close to Bascarsija). Room was very big.
The room was in kind of basement (well it was ground floor, but on the other side it was close to a wall (no view), no balcony.
It was really hot, we had to have windows open during the night. it was much cooler outside.

I visited Sarajevo because of my business meetings. I have stayed in this hotel before, this was my forth stay in the Hotel Berr. I enjoyed my stay and short vacation.
My room was clean and tidy, also the bed was so comfortable. My warm reccommendation for everyone, especially if you want to stay at the very center of the city.

The property is in the center of Sarajevo. It is a cozy place with beautiful and comfortable rooms. I have stayed on the second floor, my room was a big one where I had a lot of space for everything, it was clean and nice. Special thanks to hotel Berr staff since they were really helpful and friendly. Definitely I recommend everyone to stay here if they visit Sarajevo!

I give two stars just for location. I really don't understand how and why people rate it for five stars. Yes, location is good, very close to center. But common, people, hotel itself doesn't earn more then two stars and as I mentioned before it's just for location. Hotel isn't comfortable at all. There was noone who helped us with luggages, to take them to the 2nd floor.. no breakfast..no interest in guests at all... We reserved a room with a teras, but we didn't get even a balcony.. The wals are thin as a paper. We could hear all children screaming next door ( by the way we stayed as a family of three and even my 12 year old asked me why it's so noisy around..) Besides the children nose we could hear all the cleaning doing around...and the cleaning staff try to enter our room, although we were inside and the door was locked... Also there was smoke smell coming from the bathroom ventilation.. Last but not least the two person bed was awful, it was not narrow, very much uncomfortable, we had back pain after each night and additional to that they put two separated duvet for two people bed...

The building is in the center of the city, old town. Great hotel if you would like to feel the Sarajevo and its soul. My room was extremely big, clean and comfortable.
The weather was so nice during my stay, so I enjoyed my stay in Sarajevo.
The workers in the hotel were so polite and friendly, special thanks to receptionists.

The owners of the hotel are the most kind hosts you will find in Sarajevo. Very helpful and flexible in finding solutions for your needs. The rooms and bathrooms are clean, the location is 1 minute away from the old city center and they have a free parking space. I will definitely visit again.

Noise from the main street, but that is understandable considering the hotel is located in the heart of Sarajevo.
