Breakfast was nice

Breakfast is very good, practically a whole meal. The staff was prompt at anytime to help us, even with little things.

I managed to connect to the wifi network at only one occasion. Rest of the time had to rely on my phone.

The staff were all amazing. Great location, good breakfast, very comfortable room. Would stay there again.

The hotel internet didn’t work in my room. I paid for a room with internet and I was really counting on being able to work online in the evenings. This was big inconvenience for me and lost me some business. I informed the hotel staff if this issue and they denied the problem (although I actually demonstrated it to one of them) and refused to compensate me for it in any way.

Very friendly! Everyone always smiling and happy to have you there! amazing breakfast, good location, close to the beaches, pretty much clean and comfortable. We definitely will stay there again. We highly recommend it! We loved Leonardo!❤️

The location had its pros and cons. For us it was advantageous to be able to use local public transport that take you to the beaches (praias) in the north and to the south without waiting for the uber or 99 taxi to come to your hotel and pick you up after a helluva delay due to their poor service, what we did was to go to the verdebus terminal which was located within 500 m from the hotel and get on to the bus that took us to our destination, and in this sense it was a great location. At the same time the place is away from the humdrum of the Guarani street full with restaurants and ice cream shops, also a also bit far (around 2 km) from the itagua region and aquarium which are the prime nocturnal attraction location of Ubatuba.

The breakfast was very average nothing exceptional if you compare with other Pousadas with less per diem rate for the stay. Also the room that had a balcony do not offer you any view of the sea front, it is just ay other quotidian outlet to get a glimpse of the side by street, nothing more.

Nice breakfast and good location if you look for supermarkets, hospital and chemist. The bathroom and bedroom is spacious and nice varanda

I pay for one room but I've got another room. Bed not comfortable, no restaurants around but u reach another neighbourhood easily and fast.

Great location easy to move around, shops, city centre 10 min walk with all the restaurants, bars. Staff friendly and helpful. We drove to the beaches towards North but I believe the nearest beach is 15 min walking.
