Amplasare în centru

Pentru a putea merge la piscină aveam nevoie de papuci și halate și ni s a spus ca nu mai au,pe deasupra era un miros foarte puternic de clor se simțea de pe hol. Curățenia cam lasă de dorit… În baie nu a fost deloc căldură am sesizat acest lucru dar nu s a întâmplat nimic.

Piscina este o glumă, puțin mare mare decât o cadă de uz personal. Tapetul din cameră jupuit peste care s-a montat un tablou pentru a masca ( nu pot atașa foto deși am imortalizat). Părțile metalice din cabina de duș ruginite iar WC-ul nu era bine fixat. Micul dejun modest. Este , mai degrabă, un hotel de 2*

micul dejun foarte slab pentru un hotel de 3 stele.apartamentul avea toate geanurile defecte nu se inchideau bine si se auzea absolut tot .canapeaua din dormitor rupta si scartia din toate incheieturile(apartament 206),nu am reusit sa ma odihnesc deloc.pacat de pozitia hotelului.

There was no hot water to take a shower in the morning. Needs some maintenance in the bathroom.

Easy to reach location, free parking and no noise from the street at night. Friendly staff. Nice pool and sauna.

Am nimerit fix in camera din mansarda

Ant invasion in the room ( had to make sure none were left into our clothes). Payed for a room with balcony and received one with none. Poor breakfast and the waitress was more of a payed guard to make sure we don’t put more coffee into our mugs. All these complaints were raised at the reception and nothing was done.

1. Level 2 rooms are a bit bigger than floor rooms 2. Very hot room (can get a bit much during the might) 3. Good walls, no noise 4. Parking space in the front of building 5. Clean 6. Central location

1. Automatic doors at the enterance not working, we needed to open and close by hand 2. Personnel not friendly, but not rude 3. Sauna and jacuzzi in renovation (during out stay) even though it was not mentioned on Booking 4. Elevator was not functioning during our stay 5. Constantly dripping shower (broken) 6. Problems with wc tank, which continued to loose water after toilet flashing 7. Water was ceased in the entire building for 30 min in one of the mornings due to hotel renovations i believe 8. TV remote control: button for on/of was not functioning 9. Included breakfast was very basic and with limited options 10. Cannot control the radiotor heat level in the room 11. Ice and snow in the parking lot, nobody cleaned it during our stay 12. Huge, dangerous icicles hanging and falling from the roof

Good hotel in Predeal, but definitely needs upgrading!

Location right on principal way Bucharest Braşov makes it noisy for the front located rooms!

Cold rooms no heating broken shower door no space small rooms. Overall very bad experience, I had 2 days booked and stayed only one. Had to find a different hotel. You be the judge of that.

Hotel was in a beautiful picturesque area. A perfect area for our last night and day in Romania.

The hotel it's placed closed to a main road and during the night there are many trucks driving - really a noisy place

The position of the hotel and the breakfast were very good

The room I have booked was supposed to have balcony and AC, but I received a room without these facilities. It was cold and we could not benefit from the facilities we needed to use (AC). Be careful if you receive another room type than you booked and please help your tourists not to return from their stay with a cold because you cannot provide them what they paid.
