Великолепный отель, Персонал был очень отзывчивый мы допустили ошибку не корректно забронировали номер, персонал пошел нам на встречу и за небольшую доплату предоставили нам супер номер. Спасибо вам большое

Csak kérésre volt a szobában takarítás, illetve a számlázás tekintetében egy nappal többet számoltak amit egy hónap alatt sem sikerült vissza téríteniük. A szálloda egyébként inkább egy toronyház, ami egy recepció által van kikiáltva szállodának. Sajnos a Ramada adja ehhez a nevét.

Location was great. Room upgrade was amazing, very clean and spacious with a partial view of the sea.

הכניסה למלון דרך החניה, הרגשה של מלון 3 כוכבים, בנוסף כשעשיתי צ׳ק אין בטעות הזמנתי דרך בוקינג יום למחרת הם לא הסכימו לשנות , הייתי צריכה לשלם שוב על אותו לילה , והם לא נתנו לי שום צופר, שאלתי אפשר כולל ארוחת בוקר, לא הסכימו. זו הייתה השעה הראשונה שלי בדובאי וכל כך מאכזב חשבתי שכולם ככה אבל לשמחתי הם יוצא דופן הלכתי לעוד 3 ימים למלון באותו מחיר, מושלם על אוניה , אווירה יוצאת דופן, שרות שאין דברים כאלה

Location is perfect !

I stayed in Ramada last year with my family and I expected my stay to be nice and pleasant, unfortunately I was wrong... above all, the service is not better and bigger, but worse and worse... Ramada hotel management must understand that the solution is not only to find cheap labor and work, but we need to dedicate a little to the training and professional analysis of the staff... first we were looking for a room for smokers and for two days they lied to us saying "it will be there tomorrow", they gave us a room on the 17th floor which is "hermetically sealed closed" without windows and the possibility of even a bit of fresh air entering... breakfast is the same as last year every day, unbelievable, crowded at breakfast because there is no place to sit and the staff does not allow you to take food and take it out, absurd... we really disappointed and I would recommend this hotel to someone only because of the location, nothing else... gentlemen of the Ramada Hotel, you should go forward and progress, not regress, import cheap labor and let it work as it does...

Very friendly staff, huge apartment so much better than a small hotel room. Decor very basic/nothing fancy but clean/spacious & if get a room facing inwards towards the courtyard vs towards the roadways it's super quiet for sleeping. Great comfy bed. Great value for the money and location just 2 blocks from the trolley that also connects to the metro in 1 stop & 1-2 blocks from the beach & JBR main shopping and dining street.

water in the sink took a minute or 2 to drain I should have reported before I left.

الصور الشقة كانت تبدو اكبر لكن تختلف عن الحقيقة الواقع مر للغاية الغرفة صغيرة جداً

The location is nice. They let us check out at 14.00 due to our late flight.

The hotel doesnt have a private beach/beach facility/beach bed, they supply towel and umbrella. The rooms were not clean there were dust in everywhere. The kitchen in the room was not clean we were even not able to drink a coffe before washing the glasses. The breakfast was not satisfying.

Our experience at the Ramada Hotel was truly exceptional. My wife and I were thoroughly impressed by the accommodations we booked. We opted for a spacious two-bedroom apartment that boasted a well-equipped kitchen and a charming balcony. The room itself was not only generously sized but also incredibly comfortable, providing us with a sense of relaxation and ease throughout our stay. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials, and then some, allowing us the convenience of preparing meals just as we would at home. Housekeeping promptly attended to our requests for room cleaning, ensuring a consistently tidy and welcoming space. Additionally, the hotel's efficient elevators added to the overall convenience of our stay. The staff at the Ramada Hotel were remarkably helpful and exuded a genuine friendliness that made our experience even more enjoyable. Their assistance and warm demeanor truly enhanced our time there. Moreover, the hotel's prime location, in close proximity to the beach and numerous shops, further added to the appeal of our stay. Should anyone I know plan to visit JBR, I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable and comfortable stay.

While there are minor aspects within the room that may require fixes or enhancements, they do not detract significantly from the overall experience. Considering the larger picture, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

perfect location 5 minutes from the beach!!! daily cleaning. very tasty lunches and dinners. meat, fish, seafood, salads, watermelons, melons, coffee in a coffee machine or custard. there is always a bottle of water per person in the room. there is an underground free parking for cars. the hotel provides towels and an umbrella for the beach.

in most rooms, windows do not open. there is a small number of rooms with balconies, but they are more expensive. We were replaced with a room, as the ordered one had a terrible smell, possibly after cleaning the carpet.

They allocated our room prior to our arrival and what they provided could have been a lot better
