This is an excellent place to stay. The arrival process was seamless. Apartment was spotless and really well equipped. The location was brilliant and right beside a tram stop. All staff were super polite and helpful. We had a small issue with the door lock and Gett and Jay were really helpful and got the issue sorted. Huge TV in lounge and bedroom. Communal areas were really clean and welcoming. Overall a great experience.

Apartment clean and tidy although could do with a few minor repairs (see below). Lovely sea views. Management Team responsive and easy to contact.

Better soundproofing between floors - a big ask as major work required to achieve but the people above us were a very VERY noisy family. Minor repairs needed to the apartment shower room.

Excellent apartment, right on the sea front, parking space included. Very clean and welcoming.

A lady called me to take my card details for the security deposit but the line was very poor, I couldn't hear or understand. I asked if she could find a better line, but she couldn't. We eventually got there.

The apartment was clean and comfortable, well thought out, there were 2 fans which were much appreciated during the heatwave we had during our visit, it had all the essentials, body wash, shampoo, handwash and cream, plenty of kitchen ware and a dishwasher, access to a laundry room, smart tv in each room, the building was beautifully decorated and smelled nice, myself and my family very much enjoyed our stay, thank you! Also the 200 deposit was returned within a few hours of checking out.
