Super charmoso e confortável! Lindo jardim e recepção muito agradável. Fiquei em 3 hospedagens diferentes em Antigua incluindo o Convento de Santa Catalina, e definitivamente este foi incomparável em termos de custo benefício, além da cortesia de café, água e chás de boa qualidade. Gostaria de ter estendido meu tempo no hotel, mas quando fui pedir a reserva já estava cheio. Agradeço por todo carinho e atenção de todos os colaboradores! Amei me hospedar com vocês

Love the location and the price. The staff are also quite lovely and helpful (and bilingual, for those who need that). It's a quaint hotel and the garden and terrace are both beautiful. The breakfast here is also good and a value.

So, we specifically booked the room with a jacuzzi tub but unfortunately the stopper on the tub did not work so we couldn't use it. Since we were only there for the one night we didn't try to get this remedied. Also, and this is not the hotel's fault at all, the power went out during the morning so there were no lights or hot water to be had for the shower before checkout time. Also, the bathroom, particularly around the tub area, has seen better days and did not look as nice in person as it did in the photos.

The rooms were larger than expected, the water pressure was heavenly, staff was very friendly.

The sink in the bathroom needs a faucet that is longer and taller. Otherwise, all good. Oh, they forgot to send me an email telling me my rate did not include taxes. They said they had to do that.
