Schöne saubere Villa, toller Ausblick, geniale Lage. Äußerst nette und zuvorkommende Besitzer ( Ozren und Viktorija)

Die Gastgeber Ozren & Viktorija sind unglaublich herzlich & offen und sehr bemüht. Ich durfte zwei Menschen kennenlernen die man sich als Freunde nur wünschen kann und genau dieses gute Gefühl das sie einen vermitteln kann man auch im ganzen Haus spüren. Ihre gut ausgestattete, saubere, ruhige und wunderschön gelegene Unterkunft läd zum entspannen & erholen ein. Im Dorf befinden sich Bäcker & Supermarkt dort bekommt man alles was man braucht. Gerade das Grillen & Kochen im Aussenbereich empfanden wir als unglaublich schön & gemütlich. Eine wahre Bereicherung für unseren Urlaub. Der Garten ist umzäunt so konnte unser alter Weggefährte Jacko sich nie verlaufen und hatte ebenso einen großartigen Urlaub. Von Herzen bedanken wir uns das wir Gäste in eurem Haus sein durften. House is very clean, very modern, nice pool, all amenities, very nice host. Village is very close and offers all you need.

Checkout at 9 am latest, checkin at 2pm, no pool towels, owner expects the house to be close to as clean as at check in (including cleaned cooking area, floor, etc.) eventhough they clean everything again afterwards, as they said.

The house is located in the tipical Istrian village of Višnjan. It is the last house in the street so there is no traffic. The house itself is fully equiped with a nice pool table and very clean and comfortable. The yard is big and very well taken care of. The pool very clean the summer kitchen with the grill made of stone is just beautifull. The host Viktorija and Ozren are super nice and friendly- a bottle of wine as a welcome, plenty of information on restaurants, wine makers….especially Viktorija is super nice. Everything just perfect…

Very comfortable villa nearby the nice village of Visnjan. Nice pool and garden. Shops, restaurants, cafe and bakery within walking distance. Sea view. Kind hosts Ozren and Viktorija welcomed us warmly and were available the whole week and thereafter for questions and suggestions. A place to return to!

the house and the view is exactly as in the pictures. it’s big, spacious and clean. the kitchen has all you need and is very well made. we used only the downstairs rooms which had different tipe of beds, one hard and one soft, and private bathrooms which was awesome. the space upstairs has a wonder pool table, which you can rarely find in a house, and is awesome, we had lots of fun. the living room has a wonderful view from the couch. the pool outside is always in the sun and even if it’s not heated it gets quite warm which makes it even more enjoyable. the house is easy to find and very close to the town, just 5 min walk away, and has all you need, stores, bank, doctor... the church is close and the bells tell the time during the day but is very soft and doesn’t bother at all when you’re outside. the house is also soundproof so nothing will bother you. in general the town and the surroundings are safe and really quite, the only thing you hear is the songs of the birds. the property is completely fenced so if you have kids or dogs you can be sure they’ll be save. the owner is amazing. the best experience we ever had with an owner. he was really nice and ready to help us in anyway we needed. if you have questions, need advice or to book a trip or something he is there for you at any time.

we loved everything at the property so this are just some tips that might come in handy for some travellers: take with you an extra towel for the pool a repellent for the mosquitos for the house - without you’re not gonna sleep have a lighter with you to enjoy the candles (i soooo loved the candles) ps3 games (yes, it does has a ps3!!!)

We had a fantastic time! The house is absolutely amazing - very spacious, plenty of bathrooms and very lovely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. There was even a baby towel and toilet seat for our little one. The garden is simply amazing, as is the salt water pool. The view is very stunning too, especially at sunset. And dogs are allowed, which is a big bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean. The owners are super super lovely and very welcoming. They really went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible - giving us lots of tips for the area, arranging a wine tasting and even finding a paediatrician in the area in case we needed one. Thank you so much for the wonderful time, we will definitely be back!

The second upstairs bedroom could do with some black-out curtains, but that is literally the only thing. Everything else was fantastic!

Place was beautiful and suitable also for a bigger group. The owner was more than helpful, gave the best tips and helped to arrange resevations, taxis etc. Good location, short drive to many nice towns and beaches. We highly recommend Villa Parenzana!
