lovely property, excellent location, good facilities. outdoor kitchen with fridge near the pool.

lots of roaches in the downstairs kitchen, we used the outside kitchen so it didn’t ruin our stay but this problem needs to be addressed. lots of stairs, again was ok for us as 3 adults but could be a problem for children / anyone with walking / stairs issues as they are quite steep so people just need to be aware.

Location is metres from the Calvari steps. Internal courtyard is great and provides a nice outdoor eating space. Roof bedroom is vast but you need to use the air con to cool it down in the evening.

Nothing - all great

The pool area and pool itself were great, the pool was clean and there was a decent amount of seating. Glasses and crockery were plentiful and in good condition. The main bathroom shower was good and both bathrooms had bidets. There was a fridge outside too. The outside areas were nicely kept with lovely plants. The property was just at the top of the first of the Calvari steps so very central for everything in Pollensa.

The property was tired, there were rugs covering very loose tiles. There was a strong smell of damp in the kitchen from the cupboards under the sink. There was info about bins and rubbish but very few places to take it. Luckily we didn’t generate very much as we ate out mostly. The washing machine didn’t work properly, it didn’t spin on any setting we tried. The wifi doesn’t reach to the pool area. I wasn’t impressed when I went to wash my cup one night to find a cockroach on the bench!! There was obviously a problem with them as my husband found a very large tin of bug killer in the cupboard which he liberally sprayed around. There were about a dozen casualties on the floor the next morning. Something really needs to be done to address this. This property could be fabulous with a bit of an update.

Everything...great location, lovely beds, huge rooms, great terrace! It had everything and the host was really responsive and lovely!

Can't fault it, It's a little dark inside because it's a traditional town house but the outdoor areas are fab so if it's warm you won't be inside so much.
