We were well welcomed by Andrea and Arianna who were very nice, friendly and available for us. Thanks to their reactivity and kindness, we had a great time in Bellagio. Regarding the apartment, it was very comfortable. We had the chance to have a beautiful and peaceful landscape. I will definitely recommend this accommodation to my friends and family and will come back for sure!! Grazie Mille!!

Beautiful view of the mountains and a nice host who answered all our questions and gave us suggestions of things to do. They also came to pick us up which was appreciated since it's a bit of a walk up when you have a lot of luggage. It was close to two supermarkets with a good selection of things. A nice beach was located within a 15 minute walk!

There's no AC so it was quite warm, especially at night because we had to close the windows so no bugs could get in.

The property is very centrally located.

Location is as advertised slightly further out of the centre, but it doesn’t matter at all! It is only a 20 minute walk. Perfect to walk off lunch/dinner. Our host kindly offered to collect us with our luggage from the centre. Then kindly took us back down & let us keep our baggage in the Bellagio centre apartments. This gave us a whole extra day on the lake. We are so thankful for this!!!

WiFi was a little intermittent.

Great location and value for money. The host Arianna was amazing and spoke fantastic English which was super helpful with our limited Italian. Definitely go with her recommendations which were some great suggestions. The place itself was very clean and cozy and super easy to reach from Bellagio, it was about a 20 minute walk. Arianna was kind enough to give us a lift with our suitcase on the way in which was very helpful.

Only a couple of even better ifs. the toilets and shower were a bit temperamental. The shower head was slightly coming apart so it sprayed water all over the place, but only minor issues

Great location

We had a wonderful time at this apartment. We were two couples, so two of us were on the sofa bed in the living room, which was surprisingly comfortable and convenient to pull out and put away. There were also enough drawers for us to put our things away while staying in the living room. The bedroom was also lovely with lots of closet space and a super comfortable bed. There is no door to and from the living room but privacy wasn’t too much of an issue as the living room and bedroom are on opposite ends of the flat. The apartment is well connected to the bus lines to and from Como and Lecco. There’s also a small fully-equipped kitchen and several super markets 5-10 minutes walking distance from the apartment. It’s a 15-20 minute walk into downtown Bellagio where you can catch the ferry to any other town. The views from the apartment were spectacular and Arianna and Andrea were extremely welcoming and helpful for the entirety of our stay! Couldn’t recommend this apartment more. Grazie mille.

Spacious and comfortable apartment. With all the facilities. Great host.

A bit further from the old city center and next to the quite busy road.

The family felt at home. The accommodation is very clean and tidy. Secure parking. We were satisfied with everything. Beautiful view from the apartman.

It rained for a day, except it was not.

We were very late to check-in (23:00). But energetic manager on-site received us with smile. He gave us guidance on places to visit and restaurants to eat . Location is 1.5km from center but an easy-walk down. Returning is uphill walk. But toy-train like vehicle can be used for up/down. Patio is big, breezy, next to green. We spent our evenings here. Kitchen/Bathroom well equipped.

WiFi is not stable and kept disconnected.
