My mistake that I didn't book a sea view room, next time I will because our apartment was dark.

This is a fabulous place run by Mladen and his Family who are superb hosts. Although described as apartments they are all individual Boutique types with lovely terraces. So you have choices. Our room was lovely and spacious with and outdoor terrace, beds and tables and ever a shower overlooking the sea. The Pool is large with plenty of comfortable Sun Beds. You can walk from the Pool down steps to the Beach. The view from the Rooftop Terrace, where we had Breakfast across to the Islands is stunning. The beautiful quite Village of Stobrec with Restaurants, Marina,and Beach is a few minutes stroll. And it's only 15 mins in a Taxi from the hustle and bustle of Split. Highly recommend Villa Ark. Happy to provide any further information.

Superb! Exceptional view with very nice garden. Hosts were very friendly and professional, room clean and everything just lovely! Although we were a bit skeptical while arriving (because google maps led us via a road under reconstruction), we could not be more wrong – first thing that just blow our minds was the garden. There is a lovely private pool, and whole estate is quiet and peaceful. Room was clean and tidy. We had fully operational private kitchen inside a room, although we were not using it. Breakfast was included. Hotel is family-run business and hosts did best to welcome us and make a pleasant stay! Mladen (owner) greeted us and had some best advice for having fun around Split! I’ll definitely visit again

The views where lovely from outside but we had a basement room with a tiny slit of a window to the car park Local restaurants very friendly and good food Sea clean

The room was very tired shower broken socket broken door handle broken no place light up at night to sit out side as we had no outside space or real window quite upsetting and very over priced

They do not take credit cards, which we were surprised by. We fortunately had enough cash. The property was further from Split than we expected. A cab one way was about $20.

This is the most beautiful apartment that I have seen!

Room supposed to be clean everyday not when the guest checked out as we stayed in the room.for 2 days. There are insects in the room so we have lots of insect bites.
