Air conditioning is weak. We could hear the trains at night

The hospitality was amazing, a warm greetings from Japan. They allowed to check in me as I have arrived (much before scheduled time slot). The location is prime and well connected. I enjoyed the stay.

Noting i dislike as such. Still, May be charging port are not properly placed, but they gave me very nice alternative support appreciately

It's about 4 minutes from the station and has some craft beer places and restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable. Check in was extremely quick.

A little noisy at night as the overground passes close to one side of the hotel.

I love their salt bath station! Everyday, I’d make my own salt bath concoction for use in the bathtub.

Very friendly, English-speaking staff greeted us nicely at check-in, after a trying trip from Narita airport. Location was good for ease of reaching nearby train station, and for walking around city centre. Nice breakfast - loved the warm, fresh buns.

staffs are friendly and nice the dining restaurant was so cold to eat the breakfast, but a staff gave us blankets.

water drain in the bathroom smells stinky a very tiny room in an old building. the breakfast has yummy soup but did not have a multiple choice. we could choose only one drink.

The hotel is close to the Sakuragichō station so it's easy to get there and visit other places. It's also about 20min walk from places to visit such as Chinatown, Red Brick Warehouse or Minato Mirai. The room was spacious and very comfortable, the amenities were nice and the reception is open 24h which gives you more freedom to explore the city. The staff were nice and helpful. Would stay again!

The hotel had a classy interior and the rooms were clean. The shower pressure was fantastic, and the water got very warm. There was also a bath salts bar, where you could make your own scents. It wasn't too far from the station, and most attractions were about a 20 minute walk away. Overall a great place to stay.

While they offered breakfast (for a fee), it was the same three soups everyday. It was soup, 2 dinner rolls, and a small salad with a drink. While it was tasty, I wish that there was a bit more variety and volume. Thep plating and presentation was quite nice though, and the seating was cozy.

Location is great and beds comfortable and decent free coffee.

Doesn’t look well-maintained, rooms look well used with stains on carpet and damaged wall. Breakfast is very limited if traveling with kids, breakfast is basically just soup and salad but there are better options outside of hotel.

-Second time to stay here and I'm glad I did. Contemporary, stylish and minimalistic design, just the way I like it. -I asked for a quiet(er) room and I got one, made me happy. If you want a good night sleep, I suggest you ask one, too, as the hotel is located in the central with a station (meaning; rail tracks) nearby. -A hint of a boutique hotel with very affordable rates. I feel like I got more than I paid for (it's usually 'You get what you pay for'). The room itself is simple and practical but with complementary amenities like, 'make-your-own-bath-salts', coffee and tea at the lobby, these give something extra. -Good room size for THIS price in THIS location. I had twin room for myself and it's great. I imagine this will be good enough for two people, too. -Free bottled water were in the room. On my second day, I noticed they even left two more bottles outside the room (as I didn't request daily house keeping). Also, I did not use this time but; prices in the vending machines on each floor were quite similar to street prices, not 'hotel price', so no need to go outside when you are thirsty in the middle of the night!

-One of the bed mattress was a bit uneven. So I slept on the other bed (Twin room). -A fridge and a desk were rather small. I saw some other rooms had wide desks, configurations and furnishings depend on the room, I guess. -With rolling blind and white thin curtain, the room can not be completely blackened. I'd prefer to sleep in the dark.
