The room is clean.

Very noisy because window is facing the small road and walk way. Pillow is too soft.

The breakfast is outstandingly good, the location very good.

The bathroom was state of the art - but the floor in the room was carpet - I would have preferred a more modern floor covering

They have 2 building . One of them without an elevator . To climb 4 floors with a suitcase is not one of my favorite hobbies

We had a very good stay. The room was bigger than I expected, with all I needed to enjoy, to talk, and to work. Upon request, I got a water kettle and two cups and was able to make my own tea in the evening. I parked in the street near the hotel, but the hotel also offered a parking spot just in case (upon additional fee). But above all, the breakfast was great. This is a small hotel but the selection of fresh vegetables and fruit, the breads fit my taste :-) The hotel is situated in the very center of Jena, next to the main street with pubs, and close to a shopping mall, at the same time only 5 minutes away from the main market square. We enjoyed the location, the breakfast, and the stay altogether.

We had a small issue with the invoice - not all my inoice data from booking.com were copied onto the invoice and I needed to get it corrected. But this was fixed fine!

Very central location in Jena and helpful staff.
