Our stay at Emiljano hotel was pleasant. The place was really clean and the owners were great people and pleasant to talk to. They were ready to help. The free wifi was excellent. It was fast and strong. Location is on the main road to Saranda and not too far from the beach. It's easy to find and there is free parking. Everything is as it should be. Thank you guys and i hope to see you again.

Beautiful view on Borsh and Borsh beach, friendly hosts, interesting landscape,...

We were in Borsh for ten days. Lovely place. Very nice and friendly hosts. Even when our car was broken, they helped us with this problem. We loved spending time with them, trying the local food.

The apartment was very clean and big, everything looked like in the pictures. The view from the balcony was amazing. The WiFi worked impeccably. The host was always there to help if needed, giving advice about the best restaurants and other facilities in the area/

great location with lovely view over the bay, especially if you stay in one of the upper apartments of the building. great car parking facilities inside the property. the surroundings are very quiet. the communication was easy. we were received by Emiliano's father (hard to communicate in english), who was very nice and gentle. we were offered some fruits of his own production (grapes, peaches, figs) and we also got the chance to taste some homemade rakia made by Emiliano's grandmother.

several negative points: 1 - Emiliano was not present at the moment of check-in, check-out and during the entire stay. 2 - the payment method should be clarified. I had to confirm the reservation with my credit card information. booking said 30% of the total amount would be pre-charged from the credit card before the stay (and nothing else, a bit confuse). it actually didn't happen. but the strangest thing was that when we checked-in nobody said anything about payments and it kept like that during the entire stay. only when we were ready to leave and were delivering the apartment key (and believing the charge would be made directly through the credit card), Emiliano's father asked about the money. that was an awkward and tense moment because, as I said, all the communication was difficult. we were in such a rush that we had to trust nothing would be charged after we left, and made the payment in cash, the total amount. effectively, nothing bad happened until now... but this should be fixed, to prevent further misunderstandings. also, if this is the payment method, a receipt should be emitted, to confirm the payment was made. 3 - the TV wasn't working, supposedly because of a service breakdown... 4 - although the building seems new and well preserved, the space didn't quite feel corresponding to the photos, we were expecting something more cosy. 5 - all the restaurants in the beach were closed or not working at all, minimal choice of places to eat in the surroundings.

The apartments are really spacious with incredible views, especially on the higher floors. The internet was really strong, fast and reliable. The host family was lovely and super accommodating, even with us arriving quite late at night (11pm). The location is great as long as you have a car. Really good value too!

We had a little trouble finding the place as there was no sign and the building has been painted white (whereas in the pictures it is red). The location is correct on the map, however, and we were able to confirm the building by speaking with the owner.

The apartment is new and very comfortable. It has almost everything you need for a longer stay. It also has a great Wi-Fi signal. For the beach it is necessary to go by car and to the nearest beach it takes about 6-7 minutes. The host Morat is very friendy and willing to help in any case.

Supermarkets in the area are rather basic.

Strongly suggest it. They are very kind and hospitable people. Wi Fi was great. You can have good acces to internet in every corner of the property. Even outside in the garden. We felt our selfs like being in a high ranked hotel. I have traveled a lot in South Albania and i believe this is the best property in Borsh regarding apartments. Clean towels and sheets. Apartment has e very good view to the sea and olive trees. Typicall Mediterranean view. For everyone who wants to cook in apartment they have a well equiped kitchen.

We liked everything here, a beautiful place with beautiful people and EXCELLENT Wi-fi everywhere at the property!

The hosts were lovely people :) The rooms are spacious, the whole apartment is totally fine for 4 people, equipped with all needed facilities. A washing machine is at disposal, towels and kitchen facilities, everything was clean. There is parking. The view from the highest balcony is amazing.

The internet connection did not work very well all the time.

Everything. Emiliano (he is a young man, the son of the owner) is very professional and speaks perfect English. He and his family made us feel at home. They gave us the products of their garden as a gift every day. A washing machine is available for the guests. The view from the apartment is great. Private parking space is available. The apartment is modern and very clean

Beautiful sea view, magnificent beach 10 minutes by car. Comfortable, clean room. Hospitable hosts.

There are no curtains in the shower, no electric kettle. But these are trifles.
