Breakfast, Staff is courteous and professional.

Location, outside environment doesn't sound very safe, furniture and finishes are old. room has smell.

nice and clean! Room really nice and bathroom great. Location is quite far away from the city but having the metro right at the doorstep is a plus! Parking good as well

Price is good but breakfast too expensive.

Go with breakfast option. It is really good. Value for money. Rooms are spacious and stuff was nice.

It is away from the main train station. to go-to main train station you need to board the metro which is stroller friendly . No elevator or lift at metro stations.

stay in front of metro nearby stade de France. tip book tour great breakfast, bread, pancakes, fruits, eggs, bacon, coffee, tea, juices, water not all staff was friendly, but their was 1 person at the reception who was very friendly and helpful he looked foe us the best way to run in the morning, the entrance of the tour

Bed comfort and shower facility

- Long waiting times at the hotel bar (even the staff was called) - A total fiasco during breakfast (applies for entire stay) Very long waiting times at the main restaurant for the breakfast - Waiters / kitchen staff shouting and discussing aloud during staff (dd 24/10) - Breakfast items not being replaced/refreshed on time (many customers upset)

First of all, we would like to sincerely thank Reception staff Bilal who is extremely kind and helpful. Our special thanks also go to Madi who is responsible for the Bar and Restaurant, but helped us to solve our first lavabo blocking problem in one evening when there is no technician on service. Our special thanks go also to the Gouvernante Ms.Rupali for her always smiling and helpful assistance and also to Camille who tried to help us with a better room as long stay costumers.

Unfortunately the management of the hotel is not good, our room’s lavabo was blocked twice, the first time is the first day we moved in the room 524, and the second time is few days before our checking out. I mentioned the problem to the Reception chief Ms. Nina the day before our check out. She said she would report it to the director the next morning around 9:45 for the compensation, because the director came at a late time, but she would be in the reception at 9:00 am. But she came in work only after 10:00, and informed me that because we booked the hotel from Booking.com, there is no discount for the price of the room, but only a small discount for the parking. As we have a long driving way to another city, we did not have time to request a direct discussion with the director, asking for him for explaining this very strange argument! The hotel is far away from center of Paris to visit, especially when the Metro No.14 and N.4 are under reparation causing problem.
